ÖNCEKI TEKNIK Nikotinik asetilkolin alLd lar (nAChR"ler), ligand kap LlJLiyon kanallaanLn üst familyas na aittir ve kalsiyum dâhil olmak üzere katyonlarn aklslna geçit vermektedirler. nAChRsler, endojen bir sekilde asetilkolin (ACh) taraf ndan aktive edilmektedir ve nöromusküler kesisim ve nöronal nikotinik allöflarlîi (NNRWer) nikotinik alöflarîia bölünebilmektedir. NNR"ler yaygß bir sekilde, merkezi sinir sistemi (CNS) ve periferik sinir sistemi (PNS) boyunca ifade edilmektedir.
