Abstract
Bu bulus metal olmayan tabakalari ayirmak için bir yöntem ve cihaz ile ilgilidir ki söz konusu cihaz bir lazer isini saglamak için bir lazer içerir. Entegre bir çatlatma cihazi lazer isinini alir ve lazer isinini, isidan etkilenen kismi tanimlamak için metal olmayan bir tabaka üzerine yönelendirir ve isidan etkilenen kisimdaki bir söndürme alaninda tabakayi söndürür. Bu entegre çatlatma cihazi bir yuva ve lazer isini almak ve tabaka üzerine yönlendirmek için yuva içine yerlestirilmis mercekler içerir. Isidan etkilenen kisimda tanimlanan bir söndürme bölgesinde tabakayi söndürmek için yuva üzerine monte edilmis bir söndürme hortumu bulunur.
