la présente invention concerne un comprimé ou une couche de comprimé pharmaceutique comprenant l'antagoniste du récepteur de l'angiotensine I I telmisartan sous forme amorphe, un agent basique et du sorbitol caractérisé en ce que le sorbitol présente une surface spécifique située entre 0,75 m2/g et 3,5 m2/g.
