Abstract
Изобретение относитс к химическим способам защиты растений. Цель изобретени - уменьшение фитотоксичности способа по отношению к растени м сорго, предварительную обработку сем н антидотом - производным бенз/ацетонитрила формулы СбНбС (=Ы-0-СН2-[СзН502]) (CN) в количестве 0,75-4 г/кг сем н и довсходовую обработку почвы в посевах сорго гербицидом -N-
Description
Изобретение относитс к химическим способам защиты растений, конкретно к способу борьбы с сорн ками в посевах сорго путем обработки растений или их биотона гербицидом N-(1-мeтил-2-мeтoкcи-зтил)-N (хлорацетил)-2-этил-6-метиланилином (метолахлор ), и обработки сем н антидотом производным метоксииминобензилцианида .
Цель изобретени - уменьшение фитотоксичности способа по отношению к растени м сорго.
П р и м е р 1. Синтез N-(1,3-диоксолан2-ил-метокси )-иминобензацетонитрила (соединение I).
К суспензии 33,6 г (0,2 моль) натриевой солиа-фенилацетонитрилоксима в 140мл диметилсульфоксида прикапывают при перемешивании и охлаждении на бане с лед ной водой 33,8 г (0,2 моль) 2-бром-метил-1,3-диоксолан . Затем реакционную смесь перемешивают 4 ч при 60-70°С, экстрагируют 600
мл зфира и трижды промывают 2%-ным раствором NaOH. Эфирную выт жку сушат сульфатом натри , фильтруют и упаривают. Остаток перекристаллизовываютиз гексана и получают 44,1 г (95% от теории) соединени I в виде бесцветных кристаллов с т.пл. 67°С.
П р и м е р 2. Антидотна активность соединени I.
В стекл нный сосуд помещали семена сорго (100 г) и антидот. Сосуд встр хивают и вращают дл обеспечени хорошего смещени .
Через 5-10 дн. после протравливани сем н их засевают в теплице в пластмассовые горшки диаметром 11 см или контейнеры высотой 5 см (25x17 см), которые наполнены песчаным суглинком. Доза сем н 10-20 кг/га. Затем поверхность земли обрабатывают гербицидом путем разбрызгивани .
Антидотную активность определ ют через 21 день после нанесени гербицида. Данные представлены в таблице.
Таким образом предлагаемый способ обладает высокой эффективностью при малых нормах расхода.

- Формула изобретениСпособ борьбы с сорн ками в посевах сорго путем предварительной обработки сем н антидотом - производным бензацетонитрила и довсходовой обработки почвы гербицидом М-{1-метил-2-метоксизтил)-Ыхлорацетил-2-этил-6-метиланилином в дозе1,5-2,5кг/га. отличающийс темгчто. с целью уменьшени фитотоксического воздействи гербицида на сорго, в качестве производного бензацетонитрила используют соединение формулыЛ С-СИ.у II/оН-0-СНа-0в количестве 0,75-4 г/кг сем н.Соединение А - ангидрид ,8-нафталевой кислоты. Соединение Б - цизнометаксииминобензолиетпиитрилл
