Claims (16)
- -1- PATENTNI ZAHTEVKI 1. Postopek za prečiščevanje vode, ki vsebuje sulfid, pri katerem se sulfid v reaktorju v bistvu oksidira v elementarno žveplo ob uporabi mulja, ki vsebuje aerobne bakterije v obliki biofilmov, ki so vezani na nosilni material, označen s tem, da se v reaktorju uporablja polnitev mulja s sulfidi z najmanj 10 mg sulfida na mg v mulju prisotnega dušika na uro, pri čemer je polnitev mulja izračunana na osnovi deleža mulja, ki oksidira sulfid, v katerem se, če voda ne vsebuje nobene organske snovi, uporablja polnitev mulja s sulfidi z najmanj 20 mg sulfida na mg v mulju prisotnega dušika na uro, ali se, če voda vsebuje organsko snov, uporablja površinska polnitev s sulfidi z najmanj a 10 g sulfida na sr površine biofilma na dan.
- 2. Postopek v skladu z zahtevkom 1, pri katerem se, če voda ne vsebuje nobene organske snovi, uporablja polnitev mulja s sulfidi z najmanj 30 mg, zlasti najmanj 35 mg sulfida na mg v mulju prisotnega dušika na uro, ali se, če voda vsebuje organsko snov, uporablja površinska polnitev s sulfidi z najmanj 20 g sulfida na m2 površine biofilma na dan.
- 3. Postopek v skladu z zahtevkom 1 ali 2, pri katerem je koncentracija kisika v reaktorju naravnana na vrednost v območju od 0,1 - 9,0 mg/1, prednostno približno 4 mg/1.
- 4. Postopek v skladu s katerimkoli od zahtevkov 1 do 3, pri katerem se koncentracija sulfida v iztoku iz aerobnega reaktorja vzdržuje v območju od 0,5 - 30 mg/1.
- 5. Postopek za čiščenje vode, ki vsebuje sulfid, označen s tem, da (a) se najmanj en del sulfida oksidira v prvem aerobnem S). reaktorju v elementarno žveplo ob uporabi postopka v skladu s katerimkoli od zahtevkov 1 do 4, ki mu po izbiri sledi separacija dela elementarnega žvepla; b) se tekočina, dobljena v fazi a) , dovaja v drugi aerobni reaktor, v čemer se vsako preostalo žveplo in vsak sulfid oksidira v sulfat.
- 6. Postopek v skladu z zahtevkom 5, pri katerem se v reaktorju, v katerem se sulfid oksidira, uporablja polnitev s sulfidi z najmanj 25 mg S/l.h.
- 7. Postopek v skladu s katerimkoli od zahtevkov 1-6, pri katerem se v reaktorju, v katerem se sulfid oksidira, uporablja polnitev s sulfidi z najmanj 50 mg S/l.h, posebno polnitev s sulfidi s 100 do 1000 mg S/l.h.
- 8. Postopek za anaerobno obdelovanje odpadne vode z visoko vsebnostjo žveplovih spojin, pri katerem se žveplove spojine reducirajo v sulfid med anaerobnim obdelovanjem in se sulfid naknadno odstrani, označen s tem, da se sulfid odstrani z uporabo postopka v skladu s katerimkoli od zahtevkov 1 do 7.
- 9. Postopek v skladu z zahtevkom 8, pri ka teren se po odstranitvi sulfida en del očiščene vode spelje nazaj v odpadno vodo, ki jo je treba obdelati.
- 10. Postopek v skladu z zahtevkom 9, pri katerem je del očiščene vode, ki je speljan nazaj tako velik, da se vsebnost žvepla med anaerobnim obdelovanjem vzdržuje pod 800 mg S/l, prednostno pod 350 mg S/l.
- 11. Postopek v skladu s katerimkoli od zahtevkov 8 - 10 za obdelovanje vode, ki vsebuje sulfat, sulfit in/ali tiosulfat. -3-
- 12. Postopek za odstranjevanje ionov težkih kovin iz vode, ki lahko tudi vsebuje žveplove spojine, pri katerem se poskrbi, da voda vsebuje sulfidne ione, ki reagirajo s kovinskimi ioni, da se tvorijo kovinski sulfidi, označen s tem, da se preostaja joči sulfid oksidira v elementarno žveplo v aerobni fazi ob uporabi postopka v skladu s katerimkoli od zahtevkov 1 do 7.
- 13. Postopek v skladu z zahtevkom 12, pri katerem voda vsebuje sulfidne ione kot rezultat anaerobne redukcije v vodi že prisotnih in/ali vodi dodanih žveplovih spojin.
- 14. Postopek v skladu z zahtevkom 13, pri katerem se med anaerobno redukcijo uporablja neko razmerje žveplo/kovina, ki je zadostno, da zagotavlja v bistvu popolno obarjanje ionov težkih kovin.
- 15. Postopek v skladu s katerimkoli od zahtevkov 12 - 14, pri katerem se v aerobni fazi vzdržuje negativni redoks potencial pod -100 mV.
- 16. Postopek v skladu s katerimkoli od zahtevkov 12 - 15, pri katerem se v aerobni fazi vzdržuje koncentracija sulfidnih ionov 0,1 - 50 mg/1, prednostno 1-10 mg/1. Za Paques B.V.T. de Boerstraat 11 NL-8561 EL Balk Nizozemska :
