황화물의 제거 방법을 제1도에 도식적으로 나타낸 바와 같이 폐수 처리 설비에서 실시할 수 있다, 본 발명의 중금속 제거 방법은 제2도에 도시된 장치로 실시할 수 있다.
Claims (25)
- 호기성 박테리아를 함유하는 슬러지를 이용하여 황화물을 반응기내에서 산화시키고, 시간당 슬러지내에 존재하는 질소 1㎎당 황화물을 산화하는 슬러지 비율을 근거로하여 존재하는 슬러지 로드를 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 황화물을 함유하는 폐수의 정제 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 시간당 슬러지내에 존재하는 질소 1㎎당 황화물 20㎎ 이상의 슬러지 로드를 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 시간당 슬러지내에 존재하는 질소 질소 1㎎당 황화물 35㎎ 이상의 슬러지 로드를 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응기에서 사용되는 슬러지가 캐리어 물질에 결합되는 바이오 필름의 형태로 존재하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응기내의 산소 농도를 0.1-9.0㎎/ℓ, 바람직하게는 약 4㎎/ℓ로 조절하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 황화물은 황 원소로 거의 산화되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 호기성 반응기의 유출액의 황화물 농도를 0.5-30㎎/ℓ 내로 유지하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 황화물 로드 10g/㎡,일 이상을 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 황화물 로드 50g/ℓ,h, 이상을 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 황화물 로드 50㎎ S/ℓ,h, 이상을 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, a) 적어도 황화물 일부를 제1호기성 반응기내에서 황원소로 산화시키는 단계, b) 황원소 및 가능하게는 황화물과 다른 성분을 함유하는, 단계(a)에서 수득된 액체를 황 및 황화물 황산염으로 산화되는 제2호기성 반응기로 공급하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- (a) 적어도 황화물 일부를 황화물 로드 25㎎ S/ℓ.h 이상을 사용하는 제1호기성 반응기내에서 황원소로 산화시키는 단계, (b) 황 원소 및 가능하게는 황화물과 다른 성분을 함유하는 단계(a)에서 수득된 액체를 황 및 황화물이 황산염으로 산화되는 제2호기성 반응기로 공급하는 단계를 포함하는 황화물을 함유하는 폐수의 정제 방법.
- 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서, 단계(a)에서 황화물 로드 25㎎ S/ℓ.h 이상을 사용하는 방법.
- 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서, 단계(a)에서 황화물 로드 100-1000㎎ S/ℓ.h 이상을 사용하는 방법.
- 황 화물을 혐기성 처리시에 황화물로 환원시키고, 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한항의 방법을 이용하여 상기 황화물을 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 높은 함량의 황 화합물을 가지는 폐수의 혐기성 처리방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 황화물을 제거시킨후, 정제된 폐수의 일부를 폐수로 재순환하여 처리하는 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 황화물을 혐기성 처리시에 800㎎ S/ℓ이하, 바람직하게는 350㎎ S/ℓ 이하로 유지하기 위하여 정제된 폐수의 일부를 재순환하는 방법.
- 제15항 내지 제17항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 황산염을 함유하는 폐수를 처리하는 방법.
- 제15항 내지 제17항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 아황산염을 함유하는 폐수를 처리하는 방법.
- 제15항 내지 제17항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 티오황산염을 함유하는 폐수를 처리하는 방법.
- 폐수는 금속 이온과 반응하여 금속 황화물을 생성할 수 있도록 황화물 이온을 함유하게 하고, 제1항 내지 제14항중 어느 한항의 방법을 이용하여 호기성 단계에서 잔류 황화물을 황 원소로 산화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 황화물을 또한 함유할 수 있는 폐수로부터 중금속 이온을 제거하는 방법.
- 제21항에 있어서, 상기 폐수는 이미 존재하거나, 및/또는 폐수에 첨가된 황화물의 혐기성 환원으로 인해 황화물 이온을 함유하는 방법.
- 제22항에 있어서, 상기 혐기성 환원시에 중금속 이온을 거의 완전하게 침전 시키기에 충분한 황/금속비를 사용하는 방법.
- 제21항 내지 제23항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 호기성 단계에서-100mV의 음의 산화환원 퍼텐셜을 유지하는 방법.
- 제21항 내지 제24항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 호기성 단계에서 황화물 이온의 농도를 0.1㎎/ℓ, 바람직하게는 1-10㎎/ℓ로 유지하는 방법.※ 참고사항: 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
