Claims (4)
1 PATENTNI ZAHTEVKI 1. Postopek za pripravo etilen- 1-buten sopolimerov brez propilena, ki imajo gostoto od 0,880 do 0,910 g/ml, udarno odpornost od 35 do 85 kJ/m (izmerjeno s preskusom padanja konice ASTM B-1709) in vsebnostjo 1-butena od 10 do 30 mas.%, s sopolimerizacijo etilena in 1-butena pri tlaku od 800 do 2000 bar v reaktorski posodi pri temperaturi od 140°C do 280°C ali cevnem reaktorju pri temperaturi od 90°C do 280°C v prisotnosti Zieglerjevega katalizatorja, ki je sestavljen iz a) trialkil aluminijevega sokatalizatorja in b) trdne titanove komponente katalizatorja na nosilcu iz magnezijevega klorida, pri čemer je navedena komponenta tvorjena iz okroglih delcev, od katerih ima vsaj 70% premer od 0,5 do 10 μτη, navidezno gostoto od 0,3 do 0,5 g/ml, poroznost od 0,6 do 1,2 ml/g, specifično površino od 20 do 120 m2/g, vsebnost hidroksi alkohola pod 2 mas.%, izraženo kot masa etanola, in vsebnost titana od 0,4 do 4,0 mas.%, izraženo kot kovinski titan, pri čemer je titan prisoten delno v trivalentnem in delno v štirivalentnem stanju, pri čemer je razmerje med titanom v trivalentnem stanju in celotnim titanom od 0,2/1 do 0,5/1, in je atomsko razmerje med aluminijem v sokatalizatorju (a) in titanom v trdni komponenti (b) v območju od 15/1 do 45/1, označen s tem, da reaktorsko posodo polnimo s plinsko zmesjo, ki vsebuje etilen in 1-buten v masnem razmerju od 15/85 do 35/65, in po možnosti vodik v količini od 0 do 2000 volumskih delov na milijon volumskih delov plinske zmesi, ali da cevni reaktor polnimo s plinsko zmesjo, ki vsebuje etilen in 1-buten v masnem razmerju od 15/85 do 25/75 in po možnosti vodik v količini od 200 do 2000 volumskih delov na milijon volumskih delov plinske zmesi.
2. Postopek po zahtevku 1, označen s tem, da je sokatalizator trialkil aluminij, ki vsebuje od 2 do 4 atome ogljika v alkilnem delu in je prednostno trietil aluminij.
3. Postopek po zahtevku 1, označen s tem, da trdna komponenta katalizatorja vsebuje od 2 do 3 mas.% titana in manj od 1 mas.% hidroksi alkoholov in je prisotna 2 v obliki delcev, od katerih ima vsaj 90 mas.% velikost v mejah od 0,5 do 10 μπι.
