Claims (4)
- 용기 또는 튜브형태의 반응기에서 고온 고압, 지글러촉매(Ziegler catalyst)하에서 에틸렌과 부텐-1의 중합 반응에서, 전술한 촉매가, (a)알루미늄 트리알킬 공족매제, 그리고 (b)염화마그네슘이 보충된 고형 티타늄 촉매조성물로써, 전술한 조성물이 직경이 0.5 내지 10㎛, 비중이 0.3 내지 0.5g/㎖, 다공성이 0.6 내지 1.2㎖/g, 표면적이 20 내지 120㎡/g, 에탄올의 중량에 대한 히드록시 알코올(hydroxy alcohol) 함량이 2% 이하, 금속티타늄에 대해 티타늄 함량이 0.4 내지 4.0중량%인 구형입자가 적어도 70%이고, 티타늄이 총 티타늄에 대한 3가 상태의 티타늄 비가 0.2/1 내지 0.5/1인 3가와 4가의 상태가 공존하는 것을 특징으로 하고, 에틸렌과 부텐-1 기체혼합물의 용량비가 15/85 내지 35/65이며, 수소의 함량이 혼합기체 부피백만에 대해 0 내지 2000에 해당되는 기체혼합물이 반응기로 공급되는 특징이 있는 비중이 0.880 내지 0.914g/㎖인 에틸렌-부텐-1 공중합체를 생산하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공촉매개가 알킬부위에 2 내지 4의 탄소원자를 포함한 알루미늄 트리알킬이며, 바람직하게는 알루미늄 트리에틸(aluminium trialkyl)인 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고형 촉매 조성물이 2 내지 3중량%의 티타늄과 1중량%미만의 히드록시 알코올(hydroxy alcohol)을 포함하며 입자크기가 0.5 내지 10㎛인 것이 적어도 90중량%인 입자형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실시온도가 90℃ 내지 180℃(튜브 형태 반응기)또는 140℃ 내지 280℃(용기형태 반응기), 압력이 800 내지 2000기압, 잔류시간이 15 내지 60초, 단량체(에틸렌과 부텐-1)kg당 고형촉매제 조성물 사용량이 10 내지 200mg, 전술한 단량체 kg당 공촉매제의 사용량이 0.2 내지 2.0㎜oles, 알루미늄(공촉매제에서)과 티타늄(고형촉매제 조성물에서)의 원자비가 15/1 내지 70/1이며 바람직하게는 15/1 내지 45/1인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
