Claims (6)

  1. 프로필렌을 촉매 존재하에 중합시키고, 프로필렌 이외이 α-올레핀 또는 프로필렌 및 기타 α-올레핀을 촉매으 불활성화없이 기체상에서 중합시키며, 이때 후자의 기체상 중합계에 방향족 카르복실산에스테르, 아인산 에스테르, 부포화디카르복실산 디에스테르, 아민 화합물 및 아미드 화합물의 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 화합물을 공급함을 특징으로 하는 프로필렌-α-올레핀 블록 공중합체의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 중합촉매가 삼염화 티타늄 및 디알킬알루미늄 클로라이드로 구성되는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 중합촉매가 티타늄에 대한 알루미늄의 원자비가 0.15 이하인 알루미늄 함량을 가지며 착생성제를 함유하는 고체 삼염화 티타늄 촉매 착화합물, 및 오르가노알루미늄 화합물을 함유하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 중합촉매가 20~500Å의 기공반경을 갖는 기공의 총 기공 부피가 수은 포로시메타로 측정할 때 0.02㎤/g 이상인 고체 삼염화티타늄 촉매 착화합물인 방법.
  5. 제 1항에 있어서, 중합촉매가 에테르 또는 티오에테르 존재하에 용해되는 삼염화티타늄을 함유한 액체로부터 150℃ 이하의 온도에서 침전된 고체 삼염화티타늄 촉매 착화합물인 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 중합촉매가 사염화티타늄을 오르가노알류미늄 화합물로 또는 금속 알루미늄으로 환원시키고, 생성된 고체 삼염화티타늄을 착생성제 및 할로겐화 화합물로 처리함으로써 수득된 고체 삼염화티타늄 촉매 착화합물인 방법.
