Claims (10)

  1. 담체에 담지된 티타늄화합물과 유기 알루미늄화합물, 전자공여화합물로 구성된 촉매계하에서의 α-올레핀의 입체특이성 중합방법에 있어서, 할로겐화마그네슘과 올소카르복실산에스테르, 할로겐화탄화수소를 혼합 미분쇄한 후 생성물을 할로겐화티타늄에 처리하여 얻어지는 활성티타늄화합물(담체에 담지된 티타늄 화합물)을 사용함을 특징으로한 α-올레핀의 촉매에 의한 중합방법.
  2. 특허청구의버위 1의 과정에 있어 올소카르복실산에스테르는 화학식 X1C(OR1)3으로 표시되며, 여기에서 X1는 수소나 탄소원자수 1~12의 탄화수소기이다.
  3. 특허청구의 범위 1의 과정에서 언급된 할로겐화마그네슘은 염화마그네슘(MgCl2)이다.
  4. 할로겐화티타늄은 사염화티타늄이다.
  5. 할로겐화탄화수소는 1~10개의 할로겐원자가 치환된 탄소원자수 1~20의 탄화수소이다.
  6. α-올레핀의 입체특이성 중합용촉매는 담체에 담지된 티타늄 화합물과 유기알루미늄화합물, 전자공여화합물로 구성되며 담체에 담지된 티타늄화합물은 할로겐화마그네슘과 올소카르복실산에스테르 및 할로겐화탄화수소를 혼합미분쇄할 후 생성물을 할로겐화티타늄으로 처리함을 특징으로 한 α-올레핀 촉매에 의한 중합방법.
  7. 특허청구의범위 6의 촉매계에 있어서의 올소카르복실산 에스테르는 식 X1C(OR1)3로 표시되며, 여기에서 R1은 탄소원자수 1~12의 탄화수소기이며 X1는 수소나 탄소원자수 1~12의 탄화수소기이다.
  8. 특허청구의 범위 6의 촉매계에 있어서의 할로겐화탄화수소는 1~10개의 할로겐원자들로 치환된 탄소원자수의탄화수 1~12의 탄화수소기이다.
  9. 특허청구의범위 6의 촉매계에 있어 할로겐화마그네슘은 염화마그네슘이다.
  10. 특허청구의범위 9의 촉매계에 있어 할로겐화티타늄은 사염화티타늄이다.
