Claims (9)

  1. a) 구조식MgR´R˝(여기서 R´는 알콕사이드 또는 아릴옥사이드기이며, R˝는 알콕사이드 또는 아릴옥사이드기 또는 할로겐이다)의 마그네슘 화합물을 할로탄화수소 및 전자공여체 존재하에 4가티탄할로겐화물로할로겐 화하여 생성물을 생성한 다음, b) 상기 할로겐화생성물을 염화티오닐 또는 하기구조의 산할로겐 화물과 약 40-140℃에서 접촉시키고;
    (A는 알킬, 아릴, 치환알킬 또는 치환아릴기이며, X는 할로겐화물이다) c) 단계 b)와 동시에 또는 단계 b)에 뒤이어 상기 할로겐화 생성물을 약 40-140℃에서 4가티탄할로겐화물과 접촉시키는 것으로 구성된 올레핀중합촉매성분의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 상기한 마그네슘화합물이 마그네슘디알콕사이드인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서 상기한 산할로탄화수소가 클로로탄화수소인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서 상기한 산할로겐화물이 산염화물인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서 상기한 전자공여체가 방향족에스테르인 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서 상기한 마그네슘화합물이 마그네슘에톡사이드이며, 상기한 할로탄화수소가 클로로벤젠이며 상기한 티탄할로겐화물이 사염화티탄이며 상기한 전자공여체가 에틸벤조에이트이며, 상기한 산염화물이 염화벤조일인 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 하나에서 청구된 것과 같은 방법에 의해 제조된 촉매성분과 전자공여체 및 유기알루미늄화합물로 구성되며 티탄에 대한 알루미늄의 원자비가 30 : 1-80 : 1인 올레핀중합촉매조성물.
  8. 제7항의 올레핀중합촉매존재하에 올레핀을 촉매중합하는 방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 하나에서 청구된 방법으로 제조된 촉매성분.
