Claims (5)
- 일반식 MgR'R″(R'는 알콕시드기 또는 아릴록시드기 이고, R″는 알콕시드기 또는 아릴록시드기 혹은 할로겐 원자임)으로 표시되는 마그네슘 화합물을 할로탄화수소 및 전자 공여체의 존재하에 4가티탄 할로겐화물로 할로겐화하여 생성되는 고상의 반응 생성물을 반응 혼합물과 분리시키는 단계 (a); 할로겐화 생성물을 4가티탄 할로겐화물과 접촉시켜 생성되는 고상물을 액상매체와 분리시키는 단계(b); 생성되는 고상물을 불활성의 저비점 탄화수소 액상물과 접촉시키는 단계(c); 38℃에서의 점도가 50 내지 2000SSU인 점성의 파라핀계 또는 나프텐계 탄화수소 광유 일정량을 저비점 탄화수소 액상물 및 고상 생성물의 혼합물에 첨가시키는 단계(d); 및 저비점 탄화수소 액상물을 생성 혼합물로 부터 증발 제거시키는 단계(e)들로 구성되며, 단계(d)에서의 탄화수소 광유의 첨가량이 고상 성분 및 광유의 총 중량에 대하여 5중량%이상이나, 생성되는 고상성분이 이미 자유유동성을 갖지 않는 양미만임을 특징으로하는 올레핀 중합용 고활성의 자유유동성 고상의 촉매 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전술한 마그네슘 화합물이 마그네슘디알콕시드 또는 마그네슘알콕시 할로겐화물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전술한 불활성의 경질 탄화수소 액상물이 이소-펜탄, n-헥산, 이소-옥탄 및 톨루엔으로 구성되는 군중에서 선택됨을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항에 있어서, 광유의 사용량이 전술한 고상성분 및 전술한 광유의 총 중량에 대하여 5중량% 내지 25중량% 임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 광유의 사용량이 10중량% 내지 20중량%임을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
