Abstract

MgCl2로된 고체성분 위에 지지된 티타늄 화합물로 구성된 비정질 탄성에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체 합성을 위한 촉매 고체성분을 지방족 탄화수소로 희석한 알루미늄 유기금속 화합물로 된 용액(I)을 -트리할로겐화 알루미늄 존재하에 할로탄화수소와 지방족 탄화수소 및 관계된 혼합물중 선택한 용매 조성물속에 들어있는 무수 할로겐화 마그네슘을; -또한 식 Ti(OR)4-nXn의 4가 티타늄 화합물을 함유한 용액(Ⅱ)과 접촉시켜 제조한다.

Claims (7)

  1. MgCl2로된 고체상에 지지되는 티타늄 화합물로 구성된 비정질 탄성 에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체 합성용 촉매의 고체성분으로서: i) 지방족 탄화수소로 희석한 알루미늄 유기금속 화합물로 된 용액(I)을 다음단계에 따라 제조한 용액(Ⅱ)과 접촉시키고 이단계는: a) 알루미늄-트리할로겐물 존재하에 할로탄화수소 또한 지방족 탄화수소 및 관계 혼합물중에서 선택된 용매 조성물에 무수 할로겐화 마그네슘을용해하고; b) 식 Ti(OR)4-nXn의 4가 티타늄 화합물로 (a)용액을 처리하고 R은 1 내지 20탄소원자를 갖는 지방족 고리지방족 또는 방향족 탄화수소기, X는 할로겐이고 n은 0 내지 4의 정수이며; c) 카르복실산의 에스테르 또한 알킬이나 아릴 혹은 아릴알킬 에테르중에서 선택한 전자-제공자로 처리하고 그 뒤 (b)단계의 티타늄 화합물로 처리하는 것이고; ii)형성된 고체 촉매 성분의 분리와 정제를 실행하는 방법에 따라 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매고체성분.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 액체(Ⅱ)는 1,2-디클로로에탄과 톨루엔 혼합물로 또는 n-부틸클로라이드와 1,2-디클로로에탄의 혼합물로 MgCl2와 AlCl3무수물을 10 내지 90℃온도에서 처리하고 10 내지 40℃온도에서 냉각한 후 TCl4Ti(O-n-C4H9)4, TiCl(O-n-C4H9)3중 선택된 티타늄 화합물을 첨가하여 수득한 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매고체성분.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 액체(Ⅱ)제조시 각 성분은 다음의 몰분율로 반응하며 즉 AlCl3/MgCl2는 1 내지 5이고 n-부틸 클로라이드/AlCl3은 0.1 이상이고 MgCl2/Ti는 0.5 내지 5인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매고체성분.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 액체(Ⅱ) 제조시 각 성분은 다음의 몰분율로 반응하며 즉 AlCl3/MgCl2는 1 내지 5이고 1,2-클로로에탄/AlCl3은 0.1 이상이고 MgCl2/Ti는 0.5 내지 5인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매고체성분.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 액체(I)와 액체(Ⅱ) 사이의 반응은 중합반응기와 접촉상에서 즉시 일어날 수 있고 알루미늄과 티타늄화합물의 유기금속 성분 사이 몰비율은 3 내지 20 인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매고체성분.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 알루미늄 알킬/Ti 몰비율이 2 내지 25인 알루미늄 알킬이 있는 곳에서 에틸렌, 프로피렌 또는 그 혼합물과 예비 중합반응하고 예비중합체 또한 MgCl2/AlCl3과 액체(Ⅱ)에 용해된 티타늄 화합물로된 고체 사이의 중량비가 1 내지 10인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매고체성분.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항에 있어서, 촉매 잔류물의 최종 추출없이 현탁물에서 중합반응하는 과정에서 탄성 에틸렌/프로필렌 공중합체를 수득하기 위해서 프로필렌 함량은 20 내지 55중량% 이고 Mooney점도 (ML1+4.125)는 10 내지 80이고 Mw/Mn 비율은 8 내지 30인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매고체성분.
