Claims (13)
- Postopek za izdelavo preoblikovanih pločevinastih delov pri nizki temperaturi Patentni zahtevki1. Postopek za izdelavo preoblikovanega pločevinastega dela iz plošče (1) ali polizdelka iz materiala, ki sestoji iz jekla z vsaj 60 mas. % Fe in preostale vsebnosti avstenita vsaj 5 %, označen s tem, da se plošča (1) ali polizdelek pred preoblikovanjem vsaj delno ohladi na temperaturo, nižjo od -20 °C, ter se preoblikuje pri temperaturi, nižji od -20 °C v preoblikovalnem orodju, pri čemer se znižanje temperature materiala plošče ali polizdelka na pod -20 °C opravi v temperirani hladilni pripravi (3, 3').
- 2. Postopek po zahtevku 1, označen s tem, da se plošča (1) ali polizdelek neposredno pred preoblikovalnim postopkom vzame iz hladilne priprave (3, 3‘) in privede v preoblikovalno orodje (2, 4, 9).
- 3. Postopek po zahtevku 1, označen s tem, da se kot hladilna priprava uporabi preoblikovalno orodje (2, 4, 9), v katerem se plošča (1) ali polizdelek ohladi in potem preoblikuje.
- 4. Postopek po zahtevku 3, označen s tem, da preoblikovalno orodje (2, 4, 9) ploščo (1), namenjeno za preoblikovanje, ali polizdelek, namenjen za preoblikovanje, temperira samo v območjih (6), v katerih sta zahtevani visoka meja plastičnosti in natezna trdnost.
- 5. Postopek po zahtevku 3 ali 4, označen s tem, da se zaledenitev preoblikovalnega orodja (2, 4, 9), plošče (1) in/ali polizdelka prepreči z uporabo sredstev (8, 12) za razledenitev pred in med preoblikovanjem.
- 6. Postopek po enem od zahtevkov od 3 do 5, označen s tem, da se zaledenitev prepreči z uporabo mehanskih sredstev (12) za razledenitev in/ali z uporabo zaščitnega plina za ustvarjanje zaščitne plinske atmosfere (8) na ohlajenih območjih.
- 7. Postopek po enem od zahtevkov od 3 do 6, označen s tem, da se hlajenje preoblikovalnega orodja (2, 4, 9), plošče (1) in/ali polizdelka opravi z zaščitnim plinom, pri čemer prednostno zaščitni plin teče skozi pretočne kanale, ki so predvideni v preoblikovalnem orodju.
- 8. Postopek po enem od zahtevkov od 3 do 7, označen s tem, da znaša debelina stene plošče (1) ali polizdelka od 0,5 mm do 1,80 mm, prednostno od 0,7 mm do 1,20 mm.
- 9. Postopek po zahtevku od 1 do 8, označen s tem, da se preoblikuje plošča (1) ali polizdelek, ki ima površinski premaz in kot površinski premaz se po izbiri uporabi površinski premaz, ki vsebuje cink.
- 10. Postopek po enem od zahtevkov od 1 do 9, označen s tem, da se plošča (1) ali polizdelek preoblikuje kot strukturni del motornega vozila, pri čemer ima strukturni del območja z različnimi trdnostmi.

- 12. Postopek po zahtevku 10 ali 11, označen s tem, da se plošča (1) ali polizdelek preoblikuje v B-steber (13) motornega vozila, pri čemer ima vsaj območje navezave (13b) na streho B-stebra večjo trdnost kot območje podnožja (13a) B-stebra.
- 13. Postopek po enem od zahtevkov od 10 do 12, označen s tem, da se plošča (1) ali polizdelek preoblikuje v vzdolžni nosilec (17) v sprednjem območju motornega vozila in vzdolžni nosilec (17) ima sprednje območje (17a), ki ima manjšo trdnost kot zadnje območje (17b).
