Description
15 20 25 30 35 40 457 680 2 med en vid höljet 3 fast anordnad andra magnet 5. 6 betecknar en magnetoresistiv givare, exempelvis en Hall-effektgivare.
Enligt fig. 1 har vippans 1 permanentmagnet 4 sin nord- pol vänd utåt samverkande med den andra magnetens 5 nordpol.
Detta innebär att vippan 1 kan inta två stabila lägen, av vilka ett visas i fig. 1 med givaren 6 påverkad av magneten 4.
Underförstàtt är det andra stabila läget när magneten 4 på- verkar den vänstra givaren 6 (ej visat). Det skall vidare underförstàs att vippans rörelse begränsas av stoppklackar eller dylikt, vilka för åskådlighetens skull ej är visade.
Enligt fig. 2 är vippans 1 magnet 4 vänd så att dess sydpol samverkar med den andra magnetens 5 nordpol, varigenom vippan har det stabila läge, som visas i figuren. En vridning av vippan med- eller moturs medför att magneten 4 påverkar resp. givare 6. Så snart vippan 1 släpps återtar den sitt stabila, visade läge.
Fig. 3 visar en brytare vid vilken den andra magneten 5 har formen av en elektromagnet, vilken i det visade exemplet samverkar med permanentmagnetens 4 nordpol. Genom att vända strömriktningen i elektromagnetsn 5 kan dennas poler byta plats och är det sålunda möjligt, att med den i fig. 3 visade anordningen efter behov erhålla de funktioner som var och en av de i fig. 1 och 2 visade brytarna uppvisar.
I fig. 4 och 5 visas en brytare i form av en manöverspak 7, i sin ena ände 8 ledbart monterad vid höljet 3. visade exemplet (fig. 5) styrs Spakens 7 I det rörelse till två ortogonala riktningar av en korsliknande öppning'e1ler kuliss lämpligen uppvisande en greppdel 10, uppbär en permanentmagnet 4 med i det visade exemplet nordpol- en vänd uppåt. 9. Manöverspaken 7, Fyra fasta andra permanentmagneter 5 är anord- nade i höjd med magnetens 4 nordpol ooh i kulissbenens för- längningar, jämför fig. 5. Permanentmagneternas 5 nordpoler är vända mot magnetens 4 nordpol. Detta innebär att manöverspaken har sitt viloläge mitt i kulissen 9, såsom visas i fig. 4 och 5. Manöverspaken 7 kan föras till fyra av kulissen 9 styrda lagen, i vart och ett av vilka magneten 4 påverkar en vid varje sàdant läge anordnad magnetoresistiv givare 6 - ett sadant manöverläge antyds med streckade linjer i fig. 4.
Fig. 6 ~ 8 visar en brytare, vars manöverdel har formen av en omkring en axel ll vrid- och vickbar manöverratt 12. 10 15 20 25 30 35 40 45-7 680 Såsom nämnts i samband med fig. 1-3 är anslag anordnade, för att begränsa manöverrattens 12 vrid- och vickrörelser. Dessa anslag är för àskàdlighetens skull ej visade. I höljet eller huset 3 är, enligt vad som visas, en permanentmagnet 5 fast anordnad och med sin nordpol vänd utàt (uppåt). Manöverratten 12 i sin tur uppvisar permanentmagneten 4, vilken är vänd så att dess sydpol samverkar med magnetens 5 nordpol. Manöver- rattens 12 stabila läge är sålunda det som visas i figurerna.
Som lätt inses kan manöverratten 12 vridas med- eller moturs omkring axeln 11 och därmed påverka den ena eller andra av de magnetoresistiva givarna 6. Manöverratten 12 kan likaså vickas för att därvid påverka på vardera sidan av skivan 12 anordnade andra magnetoresistiva givare 6a, se fig. 7. I det visade utföringsexemplet sträcker sig manöverratten 12 med en del genom en làngsträckt öppning 13 i en övre del av huset 3.
Pig. 9 och 10 visar en brytare vars manöverdel har formen av en manöverskiva 14, försedd med en manöverarm 15 och rörlig i sitt eget plan i ett därför anordnat utrymme 16 i höljet 3. Manöverarmen 15 sträcker sig genom en i ena höljes- delen 3 upptagen öppning 17, vilken i det visade exemplet - se fig. 9 - uppvisar fem stycken hörn. I höljet 3 är vidare ungefär mitt under denna öppning en permanentmagnet 5 anordnad med sin sydpol vänd mot öppningen. Manöverarmen 15 kan utgöra en del av en permanentmagnet, som i det visade exemplet har sin sydpol vänd inåt mot manöverskivan 14 och den del av haijet 3, som uppbär magneten s.'I denna del av haljet 9 är även magnetoresistiva givare 6 anordnade i anslutning till de av öppningen 17 bildade hörnan. Manöverskivan enligt fig. 9 och 10 intar sålunda sina vilolägen när manöverarmen 15 befin- ner sig i nàgot av de av öppningen 17 bildade hörnen, i vilka lägen respektive givare 6 pâverkas av skivans 14 permanent- magnet (manöverarmen 15).
Brytaren enligt fig. 11 och 12 innefattar ett vred 18, lagrat vridbart omkring en axel 19. Vredet uppbär en perman- entmagnet 4, vars sydpol är vänd mot vredets periferi. Jämnt fördelade utefter vredets 18 periferi är ett antal permanent- magneter 5 anordnade, vars nordpoler är vända inåt mot vredet 18. I höjd med varje magnet 5 och exempelvis ovanför vredet 18, såsom framgår av fig. 12, är magnetoresistiva givare 8 fast anordnade i en del av ett ej visat hus eller hölje. Av 10 15 20 25 30 457 680 4 tydlighetsskäl har givarna 6 ej utritats i fig. 11. Vredet 18 kan exempelvis manövreras medelst ett vredhandtag 20, antytt i fig. 12.
Vredet vid denna brytare kan sålunda inta i det visade exemplet åtta stycken stabila lägen för åtta olika brytarfunktioner. I fig. 13 visas en likadan brytare, vid vilken dock en av de perifera permanentmagneterna 5 ersatts med en elektromagnet 5a. Genom att ändra strömriktningen i elektromagneten Sa är det möjligt attfiväxla magnetens polar och kan man härigenom åstadkomma ett instabilt läge för vredet 18 i det fall, elektromagnetens Sa sydpol är vänd mot vredet 18.
Det skall i samband härmed underförstas att naturligtvis flera än en och även samtliga permanentmagneter 5 kan ersättas med elektromagneter eller kan permanentmagneternas 5 poler "blandas", beroende på önskad funktion.
I den ovan gjorda beskrivningen har manöverdelarnas resp. permanentmagnet 4 (15) i ritningsfigurerna endast markerats med en pol men skall det naturligtvis underförstàs att varje magnet uppvisar tva poler. Avsikten är dock att understryka, att endast en av magnetens poler är avsedd att vara verksam för brytarens enligt uppfinningen funktion. Detta torde klart framgå av föregående beskrivning. Likaså har de rent konstruktiva utformningarna av kringutrustning, såsom höljen, lagringar, anslag, elanslutningar osv. förtydligande syfte. utelämnats i Olika utföringsformer av en brytare har beskrivits, byggande på uppfinningstanken, ooh är det för fackmannen självklart att med utgångspunkt från uppfinningen, framstår i efterföljande patentkrav, såsom denna kan ett otal brytarformer och funktioner framtas för diverse olika ändamål.
Beskrívningsexemplen har berört magnetoresistiva givare, men inses naturligtvis att även andra givare kan användas, såsom exempelvis induktiva brytare, optiska brytare osv.
Claims (10)
1. Elektronisk brytare innefattande ett hölje eller dy- likt (3) samt en i höljet rörlig manöverdel (1;7;12;14;18), manöverdelen uppvisar endast k ä n n e t e c k n a d av att en i manöverdelen fast anordnad magnetisk pol, som berörings- löst är anordnad att samverka med minst en i höljet (3) fast anbringad andra magnetisk pol hos en andra magnet (5¿5a), och att en eller flera, av manöverdelen påverkade givare (6) är anordnade att styra brytarfunktionen. _
2. Elektronisk brytare enligt krav 1, k ä n n e- t e c k n a d av att den andra magnetiska polen utgör en pol hos en permanentmagnet (5).
3. Elektronisk brytare enligt krav 1, k ä n n e- t e c k n a d av att den andra magnetiska polen utgör en pol hos en elektromagnet (5;5a) med varierbar polbildning.
4. Elektronisk brytare enligt krav 1 eller 2, k ä n- n e t e c k n a d av att manöverdelen har formen av en 1 rörligt lagrad spak (7) och att brytaren uppvisar tva eller flera fasta magneter (5), vars med manöverdelens (7) magne- tiska pol samverkande poler är av lika polslag som manöver- delens magnetiska pol.
5. Elektronisk brytare enligt krav 1 eller 2, k ä n- n e t e c k n a d av att manöverdelen har formen av en vridbar manöverratt (12) vilken är vickbar i förhållande till vridaxeln (11) och att manöverdelens magnetiska pol är belägen i ett omrade av skivans periferi och samverkar med en andra magnetisk pol av motsatt slag.
6. Elektronisk brytare enligt krav 1, 2 eller 3, k ä n n e t e c k n a d av att manöverdelen har formen av en i sitt plan rörlig manövarskiva (14), vara rörelse begränsas av en med vilolägen för ett anslagsorgan (15) hos skivan försedd öppning (17), varvid den andra magnetens (5) pol är belägen pa ena sidan av skivan och i öppningens (17) mittom- ràde och att manöverdelens (14) magnetiska pol är anbringad i omradet för anslagsorganet (15),
7. Elektronisk brytare enligt krav 6, k ä n n e- t e c k n a d överdelens (14) manöverhandtag och dels uppbär den magnetiska av att anslagsorganet (15) dels bildar man- polen. 10 457 680 6
8. Elektronisk brytare enligt krav 1, t e c k n a d k ä n n e- av att manöverdelens (18) magnetiska pol är anordnad att kunna röra sig i en cirkelformig bana, utefter vilken ett antal andra magneter (5) är anordnade med sina magnetiska poler vända mot manöverdelens magnetiska pol.
9. Elektronisk brytare enligt krav 8, t e c k nla d k ä n n e- av att de andra magneternas (5) poler är av motsatt slag som manöverdelens (18) magnetiska pol.
10. Elektronisk brytare enligt krav 6, t e c k n a d k ä n n e- av att åtminstone en av de andra magneterna har formen av en elektromagnet (Sa) med varierbar polbildning.
