Claims (1)
1. Металлическое изделие, содержащее металлическую матрицу (10), на поверхности которой имеется керамическое покрытие (20) с кубической кристаллической структурой, отличающееся тем, что керамическое покрытие образовано оксидами гадолиния и циркония
2. Изделие по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что керамическое покрытие (20) имеет кристаллическую структуру, преимущественно соответствующую структуре флюорита.
2. Изделие по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что керамическое покрытие (20) имеет кристаллическую структуру, преимущественно соответствующую структуре флюорита.
3. Изделие по п. 2, отличающееся тем, что керамическое покрытие (20) содержит не более 10% по объему материала, имеющего кристаллическую структуру пирохлора.
4. Изделие по любому из пп. 1-3, отличающееся тем, что керамическое покрытие (20) образовано оксидом гадолиния - циркония, содержащим только оксид циркония и примерно 5-60 молярных % оксида гадолиния.
5. Изделие по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающееся тем, что коэффициент теплопроводности керамического покрытия (20) составляет менее, чем примерно 1 Вт/(м•град.).
6. Изделие по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающееся тем, что керамическое покрытие (20) имеет столбчатую микроструктуру.
7. Изделие по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающееся тем, что на наружной поверхности металлической матрицы (10) имеется оксидная пленка (22), состоящая, по существу из оксида алюминия, при этом керамическое покрытие (20) связано с оксидной пленкой.
8. Изделие по любому из пп. 1-6, отличающееся тем, что оно дополнительно содержит керамическую грунтовку (17), расположенное между керамическим покрытием (20) и металлической матрицей (10).
9. Изделие по п. 8, отличающееся тем, что керамическая грунтовка (17) состоит из оксида циркония, стабилизированного оксидом иттрия.
10. Изделие по любому из любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающееся тем, что металлическая подложка (10) выбрана из группы, состоящей из сталей, специальных сплавов, титановых сплавов и медных сплавов.
11. Изделие по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающееся тем, что указанное изделие с покрытием адаптировано для использования в условиях, когда внешняя поверхность (21) керамического покрытия (20) будет подвергаться нагреву, а свободная от покрытия поверхность (11) матрицы (10) будет охлаждаться, при этом керамическое покрытие будет уменьшать тепловой поток.
12. Изделие по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающееся тем, что керамическое покрытие имеет пористость, составляющую примерно 30 - 60% по объему.
13. Металлическое изделие, содержащее металлическую матрицу (10), на поверхности которой имеется слой оксида алюминия, образующий покрытие (15), и керамическое покрытие (20) с кубической кристаллической структурой, связанное с указанным слоем оксида алюминия, отличающееся тем, что указанное керамическое покрытие образовано оксидами гадолиния и циркония.
14. Изделие по п. 13, отличающееся тем, что покрытие (15) из оксида алюминия включает в себя оверлейное покрытие.
15. Изделие по п. 13, отличающееся тем, что покрытие (15) из оксида алюминия представляет собой покрытие, нанесенное методом диффузионного алюминидирования.
16. Изделие по любому из пп. 13-15, отличающееся тем, что керамическое покрытие (20) имеет кристаллическую структуру, преимущественно соответствующую структуре флюорита.
17. Изделие по п.16, отличающееся тем, что керамическое покрытие (20) содержит не более 10% по объему материала, имеющего кристаллическую структуру пирохлора.
18. Изделие по любому из пп.13-17, отличающееся тем, что металлическая матрица (10) выбрана из группы, состоящей из сталей, специальных сплавов, титановых сплавов и медных сплавов.
19. Изделие по любому из пп.13-18, отличающееся тем, что указанное изделие с покрытием адаптировано для использования в условиях, когда внешняя поверхность (21) керамического покрытия (20) будет подвергаться нагреву, а свободная от покрытия поверхность (11) матрицы (10) будет охлаждаться, при этом керамическое покрытие будет уменьшать тепловой поток.
20. Изделие по любому из пп.13-19, отличающееся тем, что керамическое покрытие имеет пористость, составляющую примерно 30 - 60% по объему.
21. Изделие по любому из пп.12-20, отличающееся тем, что керамическое покрытие (20) образовано оксидом гадолиния - циркония, содержащим только оксид циркония и примерно 5-60 молярных % оксида гадолиния.
22. Изделие по любому из пп. 12-21, отличающееся тем, что коэффициент теплопроводности керамического покрытия (20) составляет менее, чем примерно 1 Вт/(м•град.).
23. Способ обеспечения тепловой защиты металлической матрицы (10), включающий операцию нанесения по меньшей мере на часть матрицы керамического покрытия (20) с кубической кристаллической структурой, отличающийся тем, что указанное керамическое покрытие состоит из оксидов гадолиния и циркония.
24 Способ по п. 23, отличающийся тем, что он дополнительно включает операцию нанесения керамической грунтовки (15), выполняемую перед операцией нанесения керамического покрытия (20), при этом грунтовка, состоящая из оксида циркония, стабилизированного оксидом иттрия, находится между металлической матрицей (10) и керамическим покрытием (20).
25. Способ по п.23 или 24, отличающийся тем, что керамическое покрытие (20) наносят методом, выбранным из группы, состоящей из термического распыления, напыления и вакуумного осаждения.
