Claims (17)
- Y2O3(이트리아)로 도핑된 Gd2Zr2O7를 포함하는 열차폐 코팅용 소결체.
- 제1항에 있어서 상기 이트리아는 Gd2Zr2O7에 대해 1.0 내지 5.0 중량%의 농도로 도핑된 것인 열차폐 코팅용 소결체.
- 제1항에 있어서 상기 이트리아는 Gd2Zr2O7에 대해 2.0 내지 4.0 중량%의 농도로 도핑된 것인 열차폐 코팅용 소결체.
- 제1항에 있어서 상기 이트리아는 Gd2Zr2O7에 대해 2.2 내지 3.6 중량%의 농도로 도핑된 것인 열차폐 코팅용 소결체.
- Gd2O3와 이트리아로 안정화된 지르코니아를 혼합하여 혼합 분말을 제조하는 단계;상기 혼합 분말을 가압 성형하여 성형체를 제조하는 단계; 및상기 성형체를 소결하여 소결체를 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 열차폐 코팅용 소결체의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 Gd2O3과 이트리아로 안정화된 지르코니아는 1:2 내지 2:1의 중량비로 혼합 사용하는 것인 열차폐 코팅용 소결체의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 이트리아로 안정화된 지르코니아는 이트리아가 1.0 내지 7.0 몰%로 함유된 것을 사용하는 것인 열차폐 코팅용 소결체의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 이트리아로 안정화된 지르코니아는 이트리아가 2.5 내지 5.5 몰%로 함유된 것을 사용하는 것인 열차폐 코팅용 소결체의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 이트리아로 안정화된 지르코니아는 이트리아가 3.0 내지 4.7 몰%로 함유된 것을 사용하는 것인 열차폐 코팅용 소결체의 제조방법.

- 제11항에 있어서,상기 증착은 전자선 물리적 증착 방법(EB-PVD, Electron Beam Physical Vapor Deposition), 화학 증착 방법(CVD), 및 플라즈마 증착 방법(PVD), 공기 플라스마 분무법(APS), 및 저압 플라스마 분무법(LPPS)으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종의 방법으로 수행하는 것인 열차폐 코팅층을 형성하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 증착은 전자선 물리적 증착 방법(EB-PVD)을 이용하여 수행하는 것인 열차폐 코팅층을 형성하는 방법.
- 모재; 및상기 모재 표면에 형성된 열차폐 코팅층을 포함하고,상기 열차폐 코팅층은 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항의 소결체를 포함하는 것인 부품.
- 제14항에 있어서,상기 열차폐 코팅층은 주상 구조의 소결체를 포함하는 것인 부품.
- 제14항에 있어서,상기 모재는 금속 또는 세라믹 재질인 것인 부품.
- 제14항에 있어서,상기 부품은 엔진, 가스터빈 블레이드, 발전설비의 각종 부품, 및 내열성이 요구되는 발전· 기계요소 부품으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종인 것인 부품.
