Claims (14)
1. Реактив для измерения концентрации анализируемого вещества в содержащей гемоглобин биологической жидкости, включающий:
а) фермент дегидрогеназу, имеющую специфичность по отношению к анализируемому веществу,
b) никотинамид-аденин-динуклеотид (NAD) или производное NAD,
с) предшественник тетразолиевого красителя,
d) фермент диафоразу или его аналог и
е) нитрит.

2. Реактив по п. 1, в котором анализируемое вещество представляет собой бета-гидроксибутират, а фермент представляет собой бета-гидроксибутират4-дегидрогеназу.
3. Полоска сухого реактива для определения присутствия и количества анализируемого вещества в содержащей гемоглобин биологической жидкости, включающая опорный слой, на котором находится тестирующая накладка, имеющая покрытие реактива по п. 1.
4. Полоска по п. 3, кроме того включающая гигроскопичный верхний слой, перекрывающий тестирующую накладку.
5. Полоска сухого реактива для определения присутствия и количества анализируемого вещества в содержащей гемоглобин биологической жидкости, включающая опорный слой, на котором находится тестирующая накладка, и верхний слой, перекрывающий тестирующую накладку, в которой первая часть реактива по п. 1 находится на тестирующей накладке, а вторая часть реактива находится на опорном и/или верхнем слое.
6. Полоска по п. 5, в которой верхний слой является гигроскопичным.
7. Полоска по п. 5, кроме того включающая прокладку и канал между верхним слоем и тестирующей накладкой для обеспечения капиллярного канала между слоем и накладкой.
8. Полоска по п. 5, в которой анализируемое вещество представляет собой бета-гидроксибутират, а фермент представляет собой бета-гидроксибутиратдегидрогеназу.
9. Полоска по п. 5, в которой анализируемое вещество представляет собой глюкозу, а фермент представляет собой глюкозодегидрогеназу.
10. Полоска по п. 5, в которой анализируемое вещество представляет собой глюкозо-6-фосфат, а фермент представляет собой глюкозо-6-фосфатдегидрогеназу.
11. Полоска по п. 5, в которой анализируемое вещество представляет собой спирт, а фермент представляет собой алкогольдегидрогеназу.
12. Полоска по п. 5, в которой анализируемое вещество представляет собой L-лактат, а фермент представляет собой L-лактатдегидрогеназу.
13. Полоска по п. 5, в которой предшественник тетразолиевого красителя представляет собой двунатриевую соль 2,2'-дибензотиазолил-5,5'-бис[4-ди(2-сульфоэтил)карбамоилфенил] -3,3'-(3,3'-диметокси-4,4'-бифенилен)дитетразолия (WST-5).
14. Тестирующая полоска сухого реактива для определения присутствия и количества анализируемого вещества в содержащей гемоглобин биологической жидкости, включающая
а) опорный слой,
b) тестирующую накладку на опорном слое, имеющую покрытие, которое включает
i) фермент дегидрогеназу, имеющую специфичность по отношению к анализируемому веществу,
ii) никотинамид-аденин-динуклеотид (NAD) или производное NAD,
iii) предшественник тетразолиевого красителя, и
iv) фермент диафоразу или его аналог и
с) на тестирующей накладке гигроскопичный верхний слой, который покрыт нитритом.
а) опорный слой,
b) тестирующую накладку на опорном слое, имеющую покрытие, которое включает
i) фермент дегидрогеназу, имеющую специфичность по отношению к анализируемому веществу,
ii) никотинамид-аденин-динуклеотид (NAD) или производное NAD,
iii) предшественник тетразолиевого красителя, и
iv) фермент диафоразу или его аналог и
с) на тестирующей накладке гигроскопичный верхний слой, который покрыт нитритом.
