Abstract

Устройство для включения в электрическую схему содержит пару полевых транзисторов, последовательно включенных в линию схемы с соединенными вместе стоками, чьи состояния можно менять посредством напряжения, воздействующего на их затворы, управляющее устройство, соединенное с затвором как минимум одного из полевых транзисторов, причем управляющее устройство реагирует на сверхток в линии, меняя состояние как минимум одного из полевых транзисторов.

Claims (1)

  1. Устройство для включения в электрическую схему содержит пару полевых транзисторов, последовательно включенных в линию схемы с соединенными вместе стоками, чьи состояния можно менять посредством напряжения, воздействующего на их затворы, управляющее устройство, соединенное с затвором как минимум одного из полевых транзисторов, причем управляющее устройство реагирует на сверхток в линии, меняя состояние как минимум одного из полевых транзисторов.
