Claims (42)
1. Способ получения композиции тканевого трансплантата, включающий измельчение кишечной ткани, содержащей кишечную подслизистую основу, и гидрирование полученной измельченной кишечной ткани с получением указанной композиции тканевого трансплантата в виде жидкости, имеющей вязкость от 2 до около 300000 сПа при 25oC.
2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что стадия измельчения включает замораживание кишечной ткани и размалывание замороженной кишечной подслизистой основы.
3. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что стадия измельчения включает сушку замораживанием кишечной ткани и размалывание высушенной замораживанием кишечной ткани.
4. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что стадия измельчения включает обработку кишечной ткани в смесителе с высоким сдвигом.
5. Способ по п. 1, включающий далее стадию стерилизации композиции тканевого трансплантата.
6. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что кишечная ткань содержит оболочку подслизистой основы (tunica submucosa) и базилярные части слизистой оболочки (tunica mucosa), причем указанная оболочка подслизистой основы и базилярные части слизистой оболочки отделяются от мышечной оболочки (tunica muscularis) и просветной части слизистой оболочки кишечника теплокровного позвоночного.
7. Способ по п.6, отличающийся тем, что кишечная ткань состоит преимущественно из подслизистой оболочки, слизистой мышцы muscularis mucosa и stratum compactum кишечника позвоночного.
8. Способ по п. 1, включающий далее стадию переваривания измельченной кишечной ткани протеазой в течение времени, достаточного, чтобы растворить указанную ткань и получить композицию тканевого трансплантата в виде достаточно гомогенного раствора.
9. Способ по п. 8, включающий далее стадию нейтрализации достаточно гомогенного раствора, чтобы инактивировать протеазу.
10. Способ по п. 8, отличающийся тем, что кишечная ткань содержит оболочку подслизистой основы и базилярные части слизистой оболочки, причем оболочка подслизистой основы и базилярные части слизистой оболочки отделены от мышечной оболочки и просветной части слизистой оболочки кишечника теплокровного позвоночного.
11. Способ по п. 10, отличающийся тем, что кишечная ткань состоит преимущественно из оболочки подслизистой основы, слизистой мыщц и stratum compactum кишечника позвоночного.
12. Способ по п. 10, включающий далее стадию отделения растворенной ткани от достаточно гомогенного раствора.
13. Способ получения композиции тканевого трансплантата, включающий переваривание кишечной подслизистой основы в водном растворе протеазой в течение времени, достаточного, чтобы растворить указанную подслизистую основу с образованием достаточно гомогенного раствора.
14. Способ по п. 13, включающий далее стадию нейтрализации достаточно гомогенного раствора с тем, чтобы инактивировать протеазу.
15. Способ по п. 13, включающий далее стадию отделения растворенной ткани от достаточно гомогенного раствора.
16. Способ по п. 13, отличающийся тем, что кишечная ткань содержит оболочку подслизистой основы и базилярные части слизистой оболочки, причем данная оболочка подслизистой основы и базилярные части слизистой оболочки отделены от мышечной оболочки и просветной части слизистой оболочки сегмента кишечника позвоночного.
17. Способ по п. 16, отличающийся тем, что кишечная ткань состоит преимущественно из оболочки подслизистой основы, слизистой мыщц и stratum compactum кишечника позвоночного.
18. Тканевая композиция, включающая суспензию измельченной кишечной ткани, содержащей оболочку подслизистой основы в водной среде.
19. Композиция по п. 18, отличающаяся тем, что имеет вязкость от 2 до около 300000 сПа при 25oC.
20. Композиция по п. 18, отличающаяся тем, что кишечная ткань содержит оболочку подслизистой основы и базилярные части слизистой оболочки, причем упомянутая оболочка подслизистой основы и базилярные части оболочки отделены от мышечной оболочки и просветной части слизистой оболочки кишечника теплокровного позвоночного.
21. Композиция по п. 20, отличающаяся тем, что кишечная ткань состоит преимущественно из оболочки подслизистой основы, слизистой мышц и stratum compactum кишечника позвоночного.
22. Композиция, включающая переваренную кишечную ткань, содержащую оболочку подслизистой основы в водном носителе.
23. Композиция по п. 22, отличающаяся тем, что имеет вязкость от 2 до около 300000 сПа при 25oC.
24. Композиция по п. 22, отличающаяся тем, что кишечная ткань включает оболочку подслизистой основы и базилярные части слизистой оболочки, причем указанная оболочка подслизистой основы и базилярные части слизистой оболочки отделены от мышечной оболочки и просветной части слизистой оболочки кишечника теплокровного позвоночного.
25. Композиция по п. 24, отличающаяся тем, что кишечная ткань состоит преимущественно из оболочки подслизистой основы, слизистой мышц и stratum compactum кишечника позвоночного.
26. Композиция по п. 22, отличающаяся тем, что она практически свободна от протеазы.
27. Конструкция тканевого трансплантата, содержащая кишечную ткань, сформированную в закрытый мешочек, содержащий, в свою очередь, суспензию измельченной кишечной ткани или переваренной кишечной ткани, отличающаяся тем, что упомянутая кишечная ткань включает оболочку подслизистой основы и базилярные части слизистой оболочки, причем оболочка подслизистой основы и базилярные части слизистой оболочки отделены от мышечной оболочки и просветной части слизистой оболочки кишечника теплокровного позвоночного.
28. Конструкция тканевого трансплантата по п. 27, отличающаяся тем, что кишечная ткань состоит преимущественно из оболочки подслизистой основы, слизистой мышц и stratum compactum кишечника позвоночного.
29. Способ хирургического восстановления коллагенного мениска на соприкасающихся поверхностях соединяющихся костей, включающий хирургическую имплантацию в соприкасающиеся поверхности конструкции тканевого трансплантата, содержащей кишечную ткань, сформированную в закрытый мешочек, содержащий, в свою очередь, суспензию измельченной кишечной ткани или переваренной кишечной ткани, при этом упомянутая кишечная ткань включает оболочку подслизистой основы и базилярные части слизистой оболочки, причем оболочка подслизистой основы и базилярные части слизистой оболочки отделены от мышечной оболочки и просветленной части слизистой оболочки кишечника теплокровного позвоночного.
30. Способ по п. 29, отличающийся тем, что кишечная ткань состоит преимущественно из оболочки подслизистой основы, слизистой мышц и stratum compactum кишечника позвоночного.
31. Способ стимулирования заживления ран, включающий применение к ране, нуждающейся в заживлении, эффективного количества композиции тканевого трансплантата, содержащей суспензию измельченной кишечной ткани в водной среде или раствор переваренной кишечной ткани в водном носителе, отличающийся тем, что указанная кишечная ткань включает оболочку подслизистой основы и базилярные части слизистой оболочки, причем оболочки подслизистой основы и базилярные части слизистой оболочки отделены от мышечной оболочки и просветной части слизистой оболочки кишечника теплокровного позвоночного.
32. Способ по п. 31, отличающийся тем, что кишечная ткань состоит преимущественно из оболочки подслизистой основы, мышечной оболочки и stratum compactum кишечника позвоночного.
33. Композиция по п. 18, отличающаяся тем, что ее высушивают для придания ей порошковой формы.
34. Композиция по п. 22, отличающаяся тем, что ее высушивают для придания ей порошковой формы.
35. Способ индуцирования образования эндогенной ткани теплокровного позвоночного в очаге, в котором желательно образование такой эндогенной ткани, включающий применение к очагу композиции тканевого трансплантата, содержащей суспензию измельченной кишечной ткани, включающей подслизистую оболочку или переваренную такую оболочку в количестве, эффективном для индуцирования роста эндогенной ткани в очаге.
36. Способ по п. 35, отличающийся тем, что кишечная ткань содержит оболочку подслизистой основы и базилярные части слизистой оболочки, причем упомянутая оболочка подслизистой основы и базилярные части слизистой оболочки отделены от мышечной оболочки и просветной части слизистой оболочки кишечника теплокровного позвоночного.
37. Способ по п. 36, отличающийся тем, что кишечная ткань состоит преимущественно из оболочки подслизистой основы, слизистой мышц (muscularis mucosa) и stratum compactum сегмента кишечника позвоночного.
38. Способ по п. 35, отличающийся тем, что эндогенная ткань, рост которой индуцируется, представляет собой костную или соединительную ткань, включающую коллаген, эластин или мышцы.
39. Способ по п. 35, отличающийся тем, что композиция тканевого трансплантата вводится с помощью инъекции в ткань, образующую сфинктер у теплокровного животного, и индуцируется рост именно той ткани, которая образует сфинктер.
40. Способ усиления функции сфинктера у теплокровного животного, включающий введение в ткань, образующую данный сфинктер, эффективного количества композиции тканевого трансплантата, содержащей суспензию измельченной кишечной ткани, включающей оболочку подслизистой основы или продукт переваривания кишечной ткани, содержащей подслизистую оболочку.
41. Способ по п. 40, отличающийся тем, что кишечная ткань содержит оболочку подслизистой основы и базилярные части слизистой оболочки, причем указанная подслизистая оболочка и базилярные части слизистой оболочки отделены от мышечной оболочки и просветной части слизистой оболочки кишечника теплокровного позвоночного.
42. Способ по п. 41, отличающийся тем, что кишечная ткань состоит преимущественно из подслизистой оболочки, слизистой мышц и stratum compactum кишечника позвоночного.
