Claims (1)

  1. Изобретение относится к устройству для обеспечения синхронизации промежуточного уровня сигнала, такого как транспортный уровень или уровень уплотнения в режиме временного разделения многоуровневого сжатого видеосигнала, включающий на кодирующей стороне системы устройство для включения привязки временной метки, такой как количество импульсов из счетчика по модулю К и предоставление для метки разности времени, которое может быть поправлено на время прохождения соответствующих (например, уплотнительных) схем по мере прохождения сигнала через эти схемы.
