Claims (10)
- 압축 비디오 신호를 제공하는 방법에 있어서, 표시 시간 기준을 갖는 압축 비디오 신호 소스(50)를 제공하는 단계와; 상기 압축 비디오 신호와 동기인 시간 스탬프를 생성하는 단계와; 상기 압축 비디오 신호의 패이로드와 각각의 패이로드를 식별하는 트랜스포트 헤더를 포함하는 트랜스포트 패킷을 형성하고 사전 압축된 비디오 신호의 시간 스탬프들 중 하나에 관련된 타이밍 정보 및 각 트랜스포트 패킷의 연속 전송 처리 동안 트랜스포트 패킷에 의해 생기는 증가 지연을 갖는 추가의 데이터 필드와 상기 시간 스탬프가 있는 보조 트랜스포트 패킷을 제공하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축 비디오 신호 제공 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 시간 스탬프를 생성하는 단계는; 클록 펄스 소스를 제공하는 단계와; 정수인 클록 펄스 모듈로 K를 카운트하는 단계와; 클록 펄스 카운트 값을 주기적으로 획득하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축 비디오 신호 제공 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전송이나 저장을 위헤 상기 압축 비디오 신호로 시분할 다중화하는 압축 신호 소스를 제공하는 단계와; 복수개의 입력 단자 중 하나로부터 출력 단자에 신호를 선택적으로 제공하기 위해 상기 복수개의 입력 단자를 다중화하는 단계와; 상기 압축 비디오 신호를 수신하도록 접속된 입력과 상기 복수개의 다중화입력 단자 중 하나에 접속된 출력을 갖는 저장 버퍼를 제공하는 단계를 추가로 포함하며, 상기 저장 버퍼는 상기 복수개의 입력 단자중 하나로부터 비다중화 신호의주기 동안 상기 압축 비디오 신호를 저장하도록 정렬되고, 상기 저장 버퍼를 제공하는 단계는 클록 펄스 소스를 제공하는 단계, 상기 클록 펄스의 유닛에서 상기 저장 버퍼를 통해 신호의 전송 시간을 측정하는 단계 및 상기 측정된 전송 시간에 의해 상기 저장 버퍼를 통해 전달된 트랜스포트 패킷에서의 상기 데이터 필드에 포함된 값을 증가시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축 비디오 신호 제공 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 클록 펄스를 출력하는 시스템 클록을 제공하는 단계와:정수인 클록 펄스 모듈로 K를 카운트하는 단계와; 상기 복수개의 트랜스포트 패킷으로의 삽입을 위해 현재의 카운트 값을 주기적으로 저장하는 단계와; 시스템 동기화에 도움을 주기 위한 시간 스탬프를 갖는 사전 압축된 비디오신호 소스를 제공하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 트랜스포트 패킷 형성 단계는, 상기 사전 압축된 비디오 신호로부터 상기 시간 스탬프를 액세스하는 단계와; 상기 사전 압축된 비디오 신호의 시간 스탬프와 관련된 타이밍 정보를 생성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축 비디오 신호 제공 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 트랜스포트 패킷 형성 단계는 보조 트랜스포트 헤더와 패이로드를 갖는 보조 트랜스포트 패킷을 제공하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 패이로드는 시간 스탬프, 사전 압축된 비디오 신호의 시간 스탬프 중 하나에 관련된 타이밍 정보 및 상기 보조 트랜스포트 패킷의 연속적인 전송 처리 동안 보조 트랜스 포트 패킷에 의해 유발된 증가 지연이 있는 변경 가능 필드를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축 비디오 신호 제공 방법.
- 비디오 신호 소스(10)와; 시스템 동기화에 도움이 되는 카운트 값을 갖는 사전 압축된 비디오 신호의 소스(24)와; 상기 비디오 신호 소스에 결합되어 사전 압축된 프로토콜에 따라 포멧된 픽셀 정보를 나타내는 데이터와 설명 헤더를 갖는 압축 비디오 신호 소자를 제공하는 압축 수단(11, 12)과; 클록 펄스를 제공하는 시스템 클록(21)과;현재의 카운트 값을 제공하기 위해 정수인 클록 펄스 모듈로 K를 카운트하는 카운터(23)와; 상기 카운터에 의해 제공된 현재의 카운트 값을 주기적으로 저장하는 수단(25)과; 상기 사전 압축된 비디오와 포멧화된 압축 비디오를 수신하기 위해 결합되어, 상기 압축 비디오 또는 사전 압축된 비디오를 포함하는 신호 패킷의 시퀀스를 제공하고, 상기 현재의 카운트 값을 나타내는 데이터가 있는 보조 패킷으로서 식별 가능한 압축 비디오 신호 패킷의 시퀀스로 패킷을 제공하며, 상기 카운트 값과 상기 현재의 카운트 값을 나타내는 데이터가 있는 보조 패킷으로서 식별 가능한 사전 압축된 비디오 신호 패킷의 시퀀스로 패킷을 제공하는 트랜스포트 프로세서(13)를 갖는 수단과; 전송을 위해 상기 시퀀스를 제어하는 수단(15)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축 비디오 신호 제공 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 트랜스포트 프로세서를 갖는 수단은, 상기 압축 비디오 신호를 소정량의 데이터의 세그먼트로 분할하고, 상기 압축 비디오 신호 헤더에 응답하여 트랜스포트 헤더를 형성하며, 각각의 비디오 트랜스포트 패킷을 형성하기 위해 상기 압축 비디오 신호의 각각의 세그먼트로 구성된 패이로드로 각각의 트랜스포트 헤더를 연결하는 수단과; 정보의 카운트 값과 적어도 현재의 카운트 값을 포함함으로써 식별 가능한 트랜스포트 패킷을 형성하는 수단과; 카운트 값, 상기 현재의 카운트 값을 나타내는 데이터 및 상기 사전 압축된 비디오 신호의 카운트 값을 포함함으로써 식별 가능한 패킷을 갖는 상기 사전 압축된 비디오 신호의 트랜스포트 패킷을 형성하는 수단과; 압축 비디오 신호와 사전 압축된 비디오 신호의 트랜스포트 패킷의 시퀀스를 포함하는 신호를 성성하는 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축 비디오 신호 제공 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 추가의 신호 패킷 소스와; 상기 추가의 신호 패킷으로 신호 패킷의 시퀀스를 다중화하는 수단과; 다중화를 위해 상기 다중화 수단에 의해 유발된 증가 지연의 함수로서 신호패킷의 시퀀스에서의 카운트 값을 변경하는 수단을 추가로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축 비디오 신호 제공 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 전송 또는 저장을 위해 상기 압축 비디오 또는 사전 압축된 비디오를 포함하는 신호 패킷의 시퀀스로 시분할 다중화되는 추가의 압축 신호 소스와; 복수개의 입력 단자를 가지며 상기 복수개의 입력 단자 중 하나로부터 출력단자에 신호를 선택적으로 제공하는 다중화 수단과: 상기 압축 비디오 또는 상기 사전 압축 비디오를 포함하는 상기 신호의 시퀀스를 수신하도록 결합된 입력과 상기 다중화 수단의 복수개의 입력 단자 중 하나에 결합된 출력이 있으며, 상기 다중화 수단이 상기 복수개의 입력 단자 중 하나로부터 신호를 수신하지 않는 주기 동안 상기 압축 비디오 또는 사전 압축된 비디오를 포함하는 신호 패킷의 시퀀스를 저장하도록 정렬되는 저장 버퍼를 구비하고, 상기 저장 버퍼는 클록 펄스의 소스, 상기 클록 펄스의 유닛에서 상기 저장 버퍼를 통해 신호의 전송 시간을 특정하기 위한 수단 및 상기 측정된 전송 신간에 의해 상기 저장 버퍼를 통해 전달된 카운터 값을 포함하여 식별된 트랜스포트 패킷에서 카운트 값을 증가시키는 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축 비디오 신호 제공 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 식별 가능한 트랜스포트 패킷은 보조 트랜스포트 헤드와 패이로드를 갖는 보조 트랜스포트 패킷이며, 상기 이 로드는 사전 압축된 비디오 신호의 시간 스탬프 중 하나와 관련된 시간 정보와 상기 보조 트랜스포트 패킷의 연속 전송 처리 동안 보조 트랜스포트 패킷에 의해 유발된 증가 지연을 포함하는 가변 필드와 시간 스탬프가 있고, 상기 보조 트랜스포트 패킷의 헤더는 필드가 변경 가능한지를 나타내는 플래그를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축 비디오 신호 제공 장치.
