Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.複数のパケットを有するビットストリームを評価する装置であって、前記パ ケットが時間要素を搬送し、前記装置が、 前記複数のパケットのうちの1以上のパケットを受信するバッファと、 前記バッファに接続された、受信したパケットに対して複数のタイムスタンプ を記録するカウンタであって、前記タイムスタンプが各々前記パケットのうちの 1つのパケット受信時間を記録するカウンタと、 前記バッファに接続されて、前記カウンタからの前記タイムスタンプを用いて 、前記パケットが搬送した時間要素を評価するプロセッサと、を備えたビットス トリーム評価装置。 2. 前記プロセッサに接続された、前記カウンタからの前記複数のタイムスタ ンプを記憶するためのメモリを更に備えた請求項1記載の装置。 3.前記タイムスタンプの各々が、前記パケットのうちの1つのパケットの開始 の受信時間を記録する請求項1記載の装置。 4.前記プロセッサが前記時間要素を解析して、サービス情報(SI)の着信間 時間を検出する請求項3記載の装置。 5.複数のパケットを有するビットストリームを評価する方法であって、前記パ ケットが時間要素を搬送し、前記方法が、 a)前記複数のパケットのうちの1以上のパケットをバッファに受信するステ ップと、 b)前記受信したパケットに対して複数のタイムスタンプを記録して、前記タ イムスタンプの各々が前記パケットのうちの1つのパケットの受信時間を記録す るステップと、 c)プロセッサを使用して、前記タイムスタンプを用いて前記パケットが搬送 した時間要素を評価するステップと、 を備えるビットストリーム評価方法。 6. d)前記複数のタイムスタンプをメモリ内のテーブルに記憶するステップ を更に備える請求項5記載の方法。 7.前記タイムスタンプの各々が、前記パケットのうちの1つのパケットの開始 の受信時間を記録する請求項5記載の方法。 8.前記プロセッサは前記時間要素を解析し、プログラムクロック基準(PCR )ジッタを検出する請求項5記載の方法。 9.前記プロセッサは前記時間要素を解析し、サービス情報(SI)の着信間時 間を検出する請求項5記載の方法。 10.複数のパケットを有するビットストリームの復号及び評価を行うための復 号化システムにおいて、前記パケットが時間要素を搬送し、前記システムがは、 デコーダと、 前記デコーダに接続されたビットストリーム解析器と、を備え、 前記ビットストリーム解析器が、 前記複数のパケットのうちの1以上のパケットを受信するバッファと、 前記バッファに接続され、受信したパケットに対して複数のタイムスタンプ を記録するカウンタであって、前記タイムスタンプの各々が前記パケットのうち の1つのパケットの受信時間を記録する、カウンタと、 前記バッファに接続されて、前記カウンタからの前記タイムスタンプを用い て、前記パケットが搬送した時間要素を評価するプロセッサと、を備えた復号化 システム。
