Claims (1)

  1. Добавка к корму для животных на основе ферментационного бульона содержит еще прочие составные части ферментационного бульона. Такие продукты после распылительного высушивания чаще всего имеют слишком незначительный насыпной вес и/или клейкие. Для гранулирования этих продуктов поэтому добавляют вспомогательные вещества, как, например, перлиты или опилки. Альтернативно такие продукты обезвоживают путем азеотропной перегонки с парафиновым маслом до получения гранулята. Задачей изобретения является разработка высококонцентрированной добавки к корму для животных, которая должна иметь в особенности насыпной вес по меньшей мере 550 кг/м3 и стандартизируемое содержание воды. Из содержащего добавку к корму для животных ферментационного бульона путем структурированной грануляции затем можно получать стабильный гранулят, когда продукта ферментации содержится по меньшей мере 33 вес.%. Особенно хорошо гранулят можно получать путем структурированной грануляции, когда структурированный гранулят изготавливают по меньшей мере из 30 вес.% высокодисперсного зернистого материала по меньшей мере на 70 вес.% с размером частиц 100 мкм. Биомасса в грануляте может содержаться полностью, частично или вовсе не содержаться. Изобретение охватывает так же способ изготовления указанной добавки.
