The disadvantages of the known vodka are insufficiently high organoleptic properties due to the grassy taste of the water-alcohol extract of ginseng leaves, as well as slightly increased cost and labor costs of manufacture, due to the multicomponent composition of the vodka.

Known special vodka "Old Fortress", the closest in technical essence, containing the following components, kg / dal of the finished product: glycine 0.9-10.0, and also, l: aromatic alcohol of pine nuts 50.0-55.0, hydrolyzed salmon fish milk 1.0-1.2, tinctures of medicinal plants 1.5-50.0, water-alcohol liquid - the rest. For the preparation of special vodka, the following raw materials are used:
