Abstract
Изобретение относится к определению и устранению статического заряда при полимеризации олефинов в газофазном реакторе. Способ введения в реакторную систему по меньшей мере одной стабилизирующей работу добавки в количестве, которое предотвращает или устраняет образование отложений полимера, получаемого реакцией полимеризации по меньшей мере одного олефина, где реакцию полимеризации проводят в реакторной системе, которая включает реактор с псевдоожиженным слоем, зону уноса, средство подачи катализатора для введения каталитической системы, способной образовывать полимер, по меньшей мере одно средство подачи стабилизирующей работу добавки для введения по меньшей мере одной стабилизирующей работу добавки независимо от каталитической смеси, средство мониторинга уровней электростатической активности в зоне уноса, включающий: (а) контактирование по меньшей мере одного олефина с каталитической системой в полимеризационных условиях в реакторе с псевдоожиженным слоем; (б) введение в реакторную систему по меньшей мере одной стабилизирующей работу добавки в любой момент перед, во время или после начала реакции полимеризации; (в) мониторинг уровней электростатической активности в зоне уноса и (г) регулирование количества по меньшей мере одной стабилизирующей работу добавки, введенной в реакторную систему для поддержания уровней электростатической активности в зоне уноса на нуле или вблизи него. Технический результат заключается в увеличении стабильности производительности катализатора и уменьшении тенденции к засорению/образованию отложений в реакторе. 14 з.п. ф-лы, 12 ил.
Description
Claims (15)
1. Способ введения в реакторную систему по меньшей мере одной стабилизирующей работу добавки в количестве, которое предотвращает или устраняет образование отложений полимера, получаемого реакцией полимеризации по меньшей мере одного олефина, где реакцию полимеризации проводят в реакторной системе, которая включает реактор с псевдоожиженным слоем, зону уноса, средство подачи катализатора для введения каталитической системы, способной образовывать полимер, по меньшей мере одно средство подачи стабилизирующей работу добавки для введения по меньшей мере одной стабилизирующей работу добавки независимо от каталитической смеси, средство мониторинга уровней электростатической активности в зоне уноса, включающий:
(а) контактирование по меньшей мере одного олефина с каталитической системой в полимеризационных условиях в реакторе с псевдоожиженным слоем;
(б) введение в реакторную систему по меньшей мере одной стабилизирующей работу добавки в любой момент перед, во время или после начала реакции полимеризации;
(в) мониторинг уровней электростатической активности в зоне уноса и
(г) регулирование количества по меньшей мере одной стабилизирующей работу добавки, введенной в реакторную систему для поддержания уровней электростатической активности в зоне уноса на нуле или вблизи него.
(а) контактирование по меньшей мере одного олефина с каталитической системой в полимеризационных условиях в реакторе с псевдоожиженным слоем;
(б) введение в реакторную систему по меньшей мере одной стабилизирующей работу добавки в любой момент перед, во время или после начала реакции полимеризации;
(в) мониторинг уровней электростатической активности в зоне уноса и
(г) регулирование количества по меньшей мере одной стабилизирующей работу добавки, введенной в реакторную систему для поддержания уровней электростатической активности в зоне уноса на нуле или вблизи него.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором каталитическая система включает металлоценовый или обычный катализатор с переходным металлом.
3. Способ по п.2, который включает газофазный процесс.
4. Способ по п.3, в котором полимер получают непрерывно.
5. Способ по п.4, в котором мономеры включают этилен или этилен и один или несколько альфа-олефинов.
6. Способ по п.5, в котором упомянутая каталитическая система включает металлоценовую каталитическую систему, в котором упомянутое средство определения уровней электростатической активности в зоне уноса включает один или несколько из по меньшей мере одного зонда для статического заряда рецикловой линии, по меньшей мере одного зонда кольцевого диска, по меньшей мере одного зонда для статического заряда распределительной плиты и по меньшей мере одного верхнего реакторного зонда для статического заряда.
7. Способ по п.6, в котором по меньшей мере одна стабилизирующая работу добавка включает одно или несколько соединений, выбранных из группы, включающей оксиалкилированные амины, соли карбоновых кислот, полисульфоны, полимерные полиамины, сульфоновые кислоты и их сочетания.
8. Способ по п.6, в котором по меньшей мере одна стабилизирующая работу добавка включает оксиэтилированный стеариламин.
9. Способ по п.6, в котором по меньшей мере одна стабилизирующая работу добавка включает стеарат алюминия.
10. Способ по п.6, в котором по меньшей мере одна стабилизирующая работу добавка включает олеат алюминия.
11. Способ по п.6, в котором по меньшей мере одна стабилизирующая работу добавка включает смесь 1-деценполисульфона, содержащегося в концентрации от 5 до 15 мас.% от упомянутой смеси, продукта взаимодействия N-(талловое масло)-1,3-диаминопропана и эпихлоргидрина, содержащегося в концентрации от 5 до 15 мас.% от упомянутой смеси, додецилбензолсульфоновой кислоты, содержащийся в концентрации от 5 до 15 мас.% смеси, и углеводородного растворителя в концентрации от 60 до 88 мас.% смеси.
12. Способ по п.6, в котором по меньшей мере одну стабилизирующую работу добавку вводят периодически.
13. Способ по п.6, в котором по меньшей мере одну стабилизирующую работу добавку вводят в виде суспензии в жидком углеводороде или в виде раствора в жидком углеводороде.
14. Способ по п.6, в котором по меньшей мере одна стабилизирующая работу добавка также содержится в каталитической смеси, которую вводят в реакторную систему с помощью средства подачи катализатора.
15. Способ по п.6, в котором количество по меньшей мере одной стабилизирующей работу добавки в реакторе с псевдоожиженным слоем поддерживают в концентрации от 1 до 50 част./млн в пересчете на массу полимера, получаемого в реакторе с псевдоожиженным слоем.
