Abstract
Изобретение относится к медицине. Устройство содержит наконечник для размещения в ноздре пациента, блок подачи вещества, предназначенный для подачи вещества, подлежащего доставке, через наконечник, и механизм предотвращения доставки вещества через наконечник до тех пор, пока наконечник не будет правильно размещен в ноздре пациента. Варианты устройства отличаются выполнением средств, предотвращающих доставку. Решена задача обеспечения доставки при правильном размещении в ноздре пациента. 3 н. и 37 з.п. ф-лы, 13 ил.
Description
Claims (40)
1. Устройство для назальной доставки, предназначенное для доставки вещества в носовую полость пациента, содержащее наконечник для введения в ноздрю пациента; блок подачи вещества, предназначенный для подачи вещества, подлежащего доставке, через наконечник; и механизм предотвращения доставки, срабатывающий при введении наконечника в ноздрю пациента и выполненный с возможностью предотвращения работы блока подачи вещества до тех пор, пока наконечник не будет плотно размещен в ноздре пациента.
2. Устройство по п.1, дополнительно содержащее первый и второй трубчатые элементы, выполненные с возможностью перемещения относительно друг друга между нерабочим и рабочим положениями, и сдвигающий элемент для сдвига первого и второго трубчатых элементов в нерабочее положение, при этом сдвигающий элемент выполнен с возможностью развивать сдвигающее усилие, преодолеваемое при плотном размещении наконечника в ноздре пациента.
3. Устройство по п.2, дополнительно содержащее поток, сообщающийся по потоку с наконечником, через которой в наконечник подается газовый поток.
4. Устройство по п.3, в котором механизм предотвращения доставки содержит блокирующий элемент, выполненный с возможностью перемещения для блокировки протока и предотвращения подачи газового потока в наконечник до тех пор, пока наконечник не будет плотно размещен в ноздре пациента.
5. Устройство по п.4, в котором один из трубчатых элементов образует, по меньшей мере, часть протока, а второй трубчатый элемент включает в себя блокирующий элемент и выполнен с возможностью блокирования протока в нерабочем положении.
6. Устройство по п.3, в котором механизм предотвращения доставки содержит выпускное отверстие, выполненное с возможностью открываться для выпуска газового потока из протока и предотвращать передачу газового потока в наконечник до тех пор, пока наконечник не будет плотно размещен в ноздре пациента.
7. Устройство по п.6, в котором один из трубчатых элементов образует, по меньшей мере, часть протока и, по меньшей мере, часть выпускного отверстия, а второй трубчатый элемент выполнен с возможностью открывать выпускное отверстие в нерабочем положении и закрывать его в рабочем положении.
8. Устройство по п.7, в котором второй трубчатый элемент является наконечником.
9. Устройство по п.1, дополнительно содержащее проток сообщающийся по потоку с наконечником, через который газовый поток доставляется в наконечник; и в котором механизм предотвращения доставки снабжен наконечником, который имеет, по меньшей мере, одно отверстие на своей наружной поверхности, при этом указанное по меньшей мере одно отверстие сообщается по потоку с протоком и выполнено с возможностью закрытия ноздрей, когда наконечник плотно размещен в ноздре пациента.
10. Устройство по п.9, в котором наконечник содержит множество отверстий, расположенных по его внешней периферии.

Устройство по п.1, дополнительно содержащее проток сообщающийся по потоку с наконечником, через который газовый поток доставляется в наконечник; и в котором механизм предотвращения доставки снабжен наконечником, который содержит внешний элемент для контакта с ноздрей пациента, причем, по меньшей мере, часть внешнего элемента выполнена гибкой, и внутренний элемент, выполненный с возможностью поддержки упомянутой, по меньшей мере, гибкой части внешнего элемента, когда наконечник плотно размещен в ноздре пациента.
12. Устройство по п.11, в котором по меньшей мере частично гибкий элемент является эластичным элементом.
13. Устройство по п.11, в котором внешний элемент является гибким трубчатым элементом.
14. Устройство по п.11, в котором внутренний элемент содержит трубчатый элемент.
15. Устройство по п.1, дополнительно содержащее проток сообщающийся по потоку с наконечником, через который газовый поток доставляется в наконечник; и в котором механизм предотвращения доставки снабжен наконечником, выполненным с возможностью расширения при создании давления в протоке для уплотнения с ноздрей пациента.
16. Устройство по п.15, в котором наконечник имеет внешнюю поверхность для контакта с ноздрей пациента, по меньшей мере, часть которой выполнена гибкой, и внутреннюю поверхность, сообщающуюся по потоку с протоком, по меньшей мере, часть которой выполнена гибкой.
17. Устройство по п.1, дополнительно содержащее проток сообщающийся по потоку с наконечником, через который газовый поток доставляется в наконечник; в котором механизм предотвращения доставки выполнен с возможностью предотвращения доставки вещества через наконечник до тех пор, пока не будет приложено заранее устанавливаемое усилие введения к устройству для доставки при размещении наконечника в ноздре пациента.
18. Устройство по п.17, в котором сдвигающий элемент предусмотрен для передачи усилия введения наконечнику.
19. Устройство по любому из пп.3, 9, 11, 15 или 17 дополнительно содержащее мундштук, через который пациент при использовании делает выдох, причем проток соединяет по потоку наконечник с мундштуком для передачи выдыхаемого воздуха через проток.
20. Устройство по любому из пп.3, 9, 11, 15 или 17, дополнительно содержащее блок подачи газа для подачи газового потока, причем проток соединяет по потоку наконечник с блоком подачи газа для передачи газового потока из блока подачи газа через проток.
21. Устройство по п.20, дополнительно содержащее мундштук, через который пациент при использовании делает выдох, причем блок подачи газа представляет собой активизируемый выходом блок, связанный по потоку с мундштуком, с возможностью активирования, при выдохе пациента через него.
22. Устройство по п.1, в котором блок подачи вещества выполнен с возможностью активизации для подачи вещества, а механизм предотвращения доставки представляет собой механизм предотвращения активизации блока подачи вещества до тех пор, пока наконечник не будет плотно размещен в ноздре пациента.
23. Устройство по п.22, дополнительно содержащее активизируемый выдохом пусковой механизм для активизации блока подачи вещества.
24. Устройство по п.23, в котором пусковой механизм выполнен с возможностью предотвращения его активизации до тех пор, пока не будет приложено заранее устанавливаемое усилие введения к устройству для доставки при размещении наконечника в ноздре пациента.
25. Устройство по п.24, в котором сдвигающий элемент предусмотрен для передачи усилия введения наконечнику.
26. Устройство по п.23, в котором пусковой механизм выполнен с возможностью активизации блока подачи вещества при заранее устанавливаемом давлении.
27. Устройство по п.23, в котором пусковой механизм выполнен с возможностью активизации блока подачи вещества при заранее устанавливаемой скорости потока.

Устройство для назальной доставки, предназначенное для доставки вещества в носовую полость пациента, содержащее наконечник для введения в ноздрю пациента; и проток, связанный по потоку с наконечником; причем наконечник выполнен с возможностью расширения при создании давления в протоке и за счет этого уплотнения с ноздрей пациента и обеспечения тем самым расширения носовой полости пациента.
