Proposed invention provides enhancing organoleptic indices of the ready product due to the reducing content of methyl alcohol, providing stability of vodka for all period of its storage and conferring barely detectable cold tint in aroma, and to reduce the alcohol withdrawal syndrome by 10% based on interaction of vitamins and biologically active components of honey, flax seeds and ascorbic acid.

EFFECT: improved, enhanced and valuable quality and properties of vodka.

Known vodka containing water-alcohol infusion of the first and second discharge of flax seeds, fructose, ascorbic acid, rectified ethyl alcohol "Lux" and corrected drinking water (RF patent 2175010, CL 12 G 3/06, 2001).

A disadvantage of the known vodka is the low organoleptic characteristics.

A disadvantage of the known vodka is the use of milk sugar in it, which negatively affects the taste and stability of the finished product.

Closest to the offer is vodka containing an aqueous-alcoholic infusion of fresh rye-wheat bread of the first plum, an alcoholized infusion of flaxseed of the first plum, natural honey, 65.8% sugar syrup, rectified ethyl alcohol "Lux" and corrected drinking water (patent RF 2237708, class C 12 G 3/06, 2004).

A disadvantage of known vodka is the low stability of the finished product and its organoleptic characteristics, a low content of vitamins, which are lost in the process of baking bread.

The technical result of the invention is to increase the organoleptic characteristics and stability of the finished product, reduce hangover.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that vodka containing an alcoholized flax seed infusion of the first plum, natural honey, sugar syrup with a concentration of 65.8%, rectified ethyl alcohol and corrected drinking water, additionally contains ascorbic acid with the following ingredients in kg per 1000 gave the finished product:

The contents of the finished vat are thoroughly mixed after the ingredients are added, and the strength is checked. When deviating from the standard for strength, vodka is corrected by adding alcohol or water, followed by mixing and checking the strength. Ready vodka is sent for bottling after control filtration.
