A disadvantage of the known vodka is low organoleptic characteristics, low stability.

This result is achieved by the fact that vodka containing sodium bicarbonate, food acid, 65.8% sugar syrup, alcohol infused from oats 1 plum, rectified ethyl alcohol and corrected drinking water, contains edible acid and alcohol infused from oats, respectively, succinic acid and an alcoholized infusion of oat oat flour with the following ingredients in kg per 1000 gave the finished product:

The proposed vodka "GRANENYCH" is prepared as follows.

To make vodka use:

rectified ethyl alcohol "Lux" according to GOST R 51652-2000;

drinking water according to GOST R 51232-98 and SanPiN 2.1.4.1074-01 with a hardness of up to 1 mol / m ³ for natural non-softened water and up to 0.20 mol / m ³ for corrected water with a content of natural silver ions up to 0.03 mg / dm ³ ;

refined sugar in accordance with GOST 22-94;

sodium bicarbonate in accordance with GOST 2156-76;

oat flour in accordance with GOST 2929-75;

succinic acid according to GOST 6341-75 or TU 9199-008-00209421-2000;

crushed active charcoal grade BAU-A according to GOST 6217-74.

From rectified ethyl alcohol "Lux" and corrected drinking water, an aqueous-alcoholic solution (sorting) is prepared based on the preparation of finished vodka with a strength of 40%.

The resulting sorting is thoroughly mixed and, after adjusting its strength, is pumped to a pressure tank, from where it is sent to a coal-cleaning battery. The filtering speed of sorting through a layer of coal 4 m high is up to 40 dal / h for fresh coal and up to 30 dal / h for regenerated.

Filtered on a coal-cleaning battery, vodka is sent to a clean-up vat.

Oat fiber in an amount of 1.9-2.1 kg is poured with an aqueous-alcoholic liquid with a strength of 50% in a ratio of 1:10 and kept for 5 days, the infusion is drained and carefully filtered and introduced into vodka in a liqueur vat.

Sodium bicarbonate is dissolved in fixed water, mixed in portions with succinic acid until completely dissolved, the resulting solution is filtered and introduced into a sorting vat.

Sugar refined in the form of sugar syrup with a concentration of 65.8% or in the form of an aqueous solution is introduced into a sorting or finishing vat.

The contents of the vat are thoroughly mixed, the fortress is adjusted, if necessary, the finished vodka is sent to the bottling with mandatory control filtration.
