Claims (27)
1. Инжектор для введения интраокулярной линзы в глаз, содержащий:
корпус, определяющий канал, проходящий через него;
сопло, соединенное с дистальной частью корпуса, причем сопло определяет наконечник сопла и просвет сопла, проходящий через него от проксимального конца к дальнему концу, при этом просвет сопла постепенно сужается от относительно большой площади поперечного сечения на проксимальном конце к относительно небольшой площади поперечного сечения на дистальном конце; и
плунжер, расположенный в канале корпуса, плунжер включает в себя шток и наконечник плунжера, наконечник плунжера включает бранши, прикрепленные к штоку и проходящие дистально от штока, указанные бранши имеют раздвинутую конфигурацию, при расположении в проксимальном конце просвета сопла и сжатую конфигурацию при расположении на дистальном конце просвета сопла.
2. Инжектор по п. 1, в котором бранши образуют зазор между ними и указанный зазор уменьшается по мере прохождения браншей от проксимального конца к дистальному концу просвета сопла.
3. Инжектор по п. 2, в котором бранши остаются в контакте с внутренней стенкой, определяющей просвет сопла, при прохождении браншей от проксимального конца к дистальному концу просвета сопла.
4. Инжектор по п. 3, в котором бранши имеют проксимальный и дистальный концы, и в котором проксимальные концы прикреплены к штоку, а дистальные концы свободны.
5. Инжектор по п. 4, в котором каждая из браншей включает в себя проходящую внутрь «среднюю» губку.
6. Инжектор по п. 5, в котором губки имеют проксимальный и дистальный концы, и в котором проксимальные концы губок прикреплены к браншам, а дистальные концы губок являются свободными.
7. Инжектор по п. 6, в котором губки смещены относительно друг друга и в котором губки проходят мимо друг друга, при изменении браншей из раздвинутой конфигурации в сжатую конфигурацию.
8. Инжектор по п. 7, в котором по меньшей мере одна из браншей имеет скос на своем дистальном свободном конце, при этом скос определяет наиболее дистальный край и обращенную к дистальному участку поверхность, при этом обращенная к дистальному участку поверхность выполнена с возможностью толкания внутриглазной линзы, при этом наиболее дистальный край находиться в контакте с внутренней стенкой просвета сопла для предотвращения прохождения внутриглазной линзы между браншей и внутренней стенкой при прохождении браншей от проксимального конца к дистальному концу просвета сопла.
9. Инжектор по п. 8, в котором губки выполнены с возможностью предотвращения прохождения внутриглазной линзы через зазор между браншами.
10. Инжектор по п. 9, в котором бранши и губки имеют общую высоту поперечного сечения и общую ширину поперечного сечения, и при этом общая высота поперечного сечения больше, чем общая ширина поперечного сечения.
11. Инжектор по п. 10, в котором бранши и губки вместе проходят через весь просвет сопла в первом направлении поперечного сечения, при этом бранши и губки вместе проходят через меньшую зону, чем весь просвет сопла во втором направлении поперечного сечения, при этом первое направление поперечного сечения ортогонально второму направлению поперечного сечения.
12. Инжектор по п. 3, в котором бранши имеют проксимальный и дистальный концы, при этом проксимальные концы прикреплены к штоку, а дистальные концы прикреплены к сжимаемой перемычке, проходящей между ними.
13. Инжектор по п. 12, в котором указанная перемычка имеет скос, определяющий наиболее дистальный край и обращенную к дистальному участку поверхность, при этом обращенная к дистальному участку поверхность выполнена с возможностью толкания внутриглазной линзы, при этом наиболее дистальный край находиться в контакте с внутренней стенкой просвета сопла для предотвращения прохождения внутриглазной линзы между браншами и внутренней стенкой при прохождении браншей от проксимального конца к дистальному концу просвета сопла.
14. Инжектор по п. 13, в котором указанная перемычка выполнена с возможностью предотвращения прохождения внутриглазной линзы через зазор между браншами.
15. Инжектор по п. 14, в котором указанная перемычка имеет высоту и ширину поперечного сечения, а высота поперечного сечения больше, чем ширина поперечного сечения.
16. Инжектор по п. 15, в котором указанная перемычка проходит через весь просвет сопла в первом направлении поперечного сечения, при этом перемычка проходит через меньшую зону, чем весь просвет сопла во втором направлении поперечного сечения, при этом первое направление поперечного сечения ортогонально второму направлению поперечного сечения.
17. Инжектор по п.1, дополнительно содержащий картридж, расположенный в корпусе проксимально с соплом, причем картридж выполнен с возможностью вмещения внутриглазной линзы.
18. Инжектор для введения интраокулярной линзы в глаз, при этом интраокулярная линза включает в себя два гаптических элемента, проходящие от оптического элемента, причем инжектор содержит:
корпус, определяющий канал, проходящий через него;
сопло, соединенное с дистальной частью корпуса, причем сопло определяет наконечник сопла и просвет сопла, проходящий через него;
плунжер, расположенный в канале корпуса, плунжер включает в себя шток и наконечник плунжера; и
картридж, расположенный в корпусе проксимально от сопла, картридж включает два крылышка, имеющих открытое положение и закрытое положение, при этом крылышки выполнены с возможностью складывания относительно друг друга для образования камеры для удерживания интраокулярной линзы, причем камера имеет стенки, выполненные с возможностью размещения интраокулярной линзы таким образом, что наконечник плунжера входит в зацепление со средней частью заднего гаптического элемента интраокулярной линзы, при этом когда крылышки находятся в открытом положении, указанные стенки определяют нижнюю поверхность, первую боковую стенку и вторую боковую стенку, при этом первое расстояние между боковыми стенками в проксимальной части картриджа больше, чем второе расстояние между боковыми стенками в дистальной части картриджа.
19. Инжектор по п.18, в котором второе расстояние между боковыми стенками меньше диаметра оптического элемента, при этом первое расстояние между боковыми стенками приблизительно равно диаметру оптического элемента.
20. Инжектор по п. 18, в котором указанные стенки выполнены с возможностью укладывать интраокулярную линзу на нижнюю поверхность, при этом задний гаптический элемент расположен между боковыми стенками на первом расстоянии, оптический элемент расположен между стенками на втором расстоянии, а передний гаптический элемент расположен между стенками на втором расстоянии.
