Claims (18)

1. Способ получения фиброармированной смолы посредством прессования в пресс-форме предварительной заготовки препрега, содержащей армирующее волокно и термоотверждающуюся смолу, при этом способ включает:
(а) стадию получения предварительной заготовки для получения предварительной заготовки;
(b) стадию размещения и предварительного нагревания для размещения предварительной заготовки в пресс-форме и предварительного нагревания предварительной заготовки;
(с) стадию прессования для изменения предварительной заготовки для придания ей профиля продукта; и
(d) стадию отверждения для отверждения предварительной заготовки при действии давления на предварительную заготовку,
при этом в начале стадии прессования (с) степень отверждения αе термоотверждающейся смолы в заданной части предварительной заготовки является большей, чем степень отверждения αi термоотверждающейся смолы в области, отличной от заданной части предварительной заготовки.
2. Способ получения фиброармированной смолы посредством прессования в пресс-форме предварительной заготовки препрега, содержащей армирующее волокно и термоотверждающуюся смолу, при этом способ включает:
(а) стадию получения предварительной заготовки для получения предварительной заготовки;
(b) стадию размещения и предварительного нагревания для размещения предварительной заготовки в пресс-форме и предварительного нагревания предварительной заготовки;
(с) стадию прессования для изменения предварительной заготовки для придания ей профиля продукта; и
(d) стадию отверждения для отверждения предварительной заготовки при действии давления на предварительную заготовку,
непосредственно до стадии прессования (с) степень отверждения αе термоотверждающейся смолы в заданной части предварительной заготовки задают большей, чем степень отверждения αi термоотверждающейся смолы в области, отличной от заданной части предварительной заготовки.
3. Способ по п. 1 или 2, где на стадии производства предварительной заготовки (а) заданная часть предварительной заготовки включает препрег, характеризующийся большей степенью отверждения термоотверждающейся смолы, чем степень отверждения термоотверждающейся смолы в области, отличной от заданной части предварительной заготовки.
4. Способ по любому одному из пп. 1-3, где на стадии размещения и предварительного нагревания (b) заданную часть предварительной заготовки подвергают предварительному нагреванию при температуре, большей, чем температура в области, отличной от заданной части предварительной заготовки.
5. Способ по любому одному из пп. 1-4, где пресс-форма имеет выступ в местоположении, соответствующем заданной части предварительной заготовки, и заданную часть предварительной заготовки вводят в контакт с выступом на стадии размещения и предварительного нагревания (b).
6. Способ по п. 5, где выступ характеризуется профилем стоячей стенки.
7. Способ по любому одному из пп. 1-6, где заданная часть является периферийной частью предварительной заготовки.
8. Способ по любому одному из пп. 1-7, где используемая предварительная заготовка имеет площадь поверхности в плоскостном состоянии, равную или большую в сопоставлении с проецированной площадью поверхности полости пресс-формы.
