Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para formar una pluralidad de cuerpos de concreto curado, cada cuerpo posee una resistencia a la compresión en curación, el método descrito incluye: introducir una mezcla fluible de componentes constituyentes del concreto en una pluralidad de moldes; moldear la mezcla fluible dentro de la pluralidad de moldes con la ayuda de uno o más soportes, formando así una pluralidad de cuerpos verdes; curar parcialmente los cuerpos verdes hasta un grado suficiente para proporcionar una resistencia a la compresión que sea menor que la resistencia a la compresión en curación, produciendo así una pluralidad de cuerpos verdes curados previamente; ensamblar al menos una porción de la pluralidad de cuerpos verdes curados previamente para formar una colección de los mismos que tiene una configuración geométrica predeterminada; y curar la colección de cuerpos verdes curados previamente hasta un grado suficiente para lograr la resistencia a la compresión en curación, produciendo así una colección de cuerpos curados que tienen la configuración geométrica predeterminada.
