Abstract
Description
外側型及び内側型によって画成される中央空間内並びに該中央空間内に存在する製造されるべき製品内に樹脂を注入する段階、及び前記注入に引き続いて前記樹脂を硬化させる段階であって、外側型及び/又は内側型の壁部分は自身が収縮する際に製造されるべき製品の移動に追従する前記硬化させる段階を備える方法に関する。

Claims (11)
- 樹脂を、製造されるべき繊維強化製品の少なくとも1つの繊維層内に注入するための装置であって、型が閉じた状態で製品の該型に対する当接のための型壁によって包囲される型空洞を有する型を備える装置において、
樹脂の硬化によって引き起こされる該樹脂の収縮が注入プロセスに引き続いて起きるときに、前記型壁の可動部分の製品の連続した当接を保証するように、前記型壁の堅固な部分は型が閉じた状態で該型壁の別の部分に対して移動可能であることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記型は、
前記製品の空洞内に位置付けられるべき内側型と、
前記製品の外側に位置付けられるべき外側型と、を備え、
前記内側型の少なくとも堅固な部分は前記型の閉じた状態で移動可能であることを特徴とする、樹脂を、製造されるべき繊維強化製品の少なくとも1つの繊維層内に注入するための請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記型壁は、可撓性材料によって相互連結されている堅固な型壁部分を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記可撓性材料は弾発性を有することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記装置に、樹脂が収縮する際に、前記型壁の可動部分を製品に対して押圧するための圧力手段が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記圧力手段は、前記圧力チャンバ内部に行きわたっている圧力の影響下で樹脂の収縮の際に前記型壁の可動部分を前記製品に押圧するために該製品から離れた該型壁の可動部分の側にある圧力チャンバを備えることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記圧力チャンバは前記内側型の全周に少なくとも実質的に隣接することを特徴とする、請求項2または請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記型には、前記型内の前記製品を加熱し得る加熱流体のための加熱チャネルが設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項7までのいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記型には、前記型内の前記製品を冷却し得る冷媒のための冷却チャネルが設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項8までのいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 繊維強化中空製品を製造する方法であって、
外側型及び内側型によって画成される中央空間内並びに該中央空間内に存在する製造されるべき製品内に樹脂を注入する段階を備え、
前記注入に引き続いて前記樹脂を硬化させる段階であって、外側型及び/又は内側型の壁部分は自身が収縮する際に製造されるべき製品の移動に追従する前記硬化させる段階を備えることを特徴とする方法。 - 樹脂及び繊維から成る中空繊維強化製品を製造するための、請求項1から請求項9までのいずれか1項に記載の装置の使用。
