Claims (11)

1. Способ получения высокотемпературных пенопластов (ВТ-пенопластов) для их дальнейшей переработки в материалы многослойной структуры, отличающийся тем, что частицы высокотемпературного полимера (ВТ-полимера) вспенивают и спекают при температуре спекания T1 в форме с образованием формованного изделия из ВТ-пенопласта и затем полость формы нагревают до температуры Т2, которая на по меньшей мере 10°С выше температуры спекания и на максимум 20°С выше температуры стеклования ВТ-полимера, с выдержкой при этой температуре в течение 5-120 с.
2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что температура спекания T1 ВТ-полимера составляет от 140 до 220°С, температура стеклования ВТ-полимера составляет от 210 до 235°С, а температура Т2 лежит в пределах от 180 до 255°С.
3. Способ по п. 2, отличающийся тем, что температура спекания T1 ВТ-полимера составляет от 145 до 180°С, температура стеклования ВТ-полимера составляет от 215 до 230°С, а температура Т2 лежит в пределах от 190 до 240°С.
4. Способ по одному из пп. 1-3, отличающийся тем, что полость формы выдерживают при температуре Т2 в течение 15-90 с.
5. Способ по одному из пп. 1-4, отличающийся тем, что ВТ-полимер представляет собой полиэфирсульфон (ПЭС).
6. Способ по одному из пп. 1-4, отличающийся тем, что ВТ-полимер представляет собой полифенилсульфон (ПФС).
7. Способ по одному из пп. 1-4, отличающийся тем, что ВТ-полимер представляет собой полиэфиримид (ПЭИ).
8. Способ по одному из пп. 1-8, отличающийся тем, что частицы высокотемпературного полимера вспенивают в форме при температуре спекания T1 от 140 до 180°С с образованием формованного изделия из ВТ-пенопласта таким образом, что при нагревании полости формы до температуры в материале все еще присутствует исходно применяемый вспенивающий агент в количестве по меньшей мере 5 мас. %.
9. Способ по одному из пп. 1-8, отличающийся тем, что полость формы нагревают до температуры Т2, которая по меньшей мере на 15°С выше температуры спекания и ниже температуры стеклования ВТ-полимера, с выдержкой при этой температуре в течение 5-120 с.
10. Способ по одному из пп. 1-9, отличающийся тем, что форму перед вспениванием заполняют предварительно не вспененными частицами ВТ-полимера с размером от 0,5 до 5,0 мм.
11. Способ по одному из пп. 1-9, отличающийся тем, что форму перед вспениванием заполняют предварительно вспененными частицами ВТ-полимера с максимальным размером от 1,0 до 10 мм и с насыпной плотностью от 30 до 200 кг/м3.
