Claims (27)
- 発泡体構成要素を作製する方法であって、
a.粒子状出発原料を金型内に提供するステップと、
b.出発原料を10 1 ~10 5 Pa・sの粘度に軟化させるステップと、
c.発泡剤を使用することなく、金型内で圧力変化を誘発し、軟化した出発原料の少なくとも一部分で発泡を引き起こすステップと、
d.発泡した出発原料を凝固させるステップとを含む、方法。 - 出発原料が、0.01~3mmのサイズの粒子を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 出発原料が、熱可塑性および/または架橋性の高分子材料を含む、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 軟化した出発原料が少なくとも1つのガス含有物を含む、請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 発泡が、軟化した出発原料内に閉じ込められた少なくとも1つのガスの膨張によって引き起こされる、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 軟化させるステップが、出発原料の加熱を含む、請求項1~5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 出発原料の加熱が、出発原料に直接熱を入れることまたは金型を介して熱を入れることによる加熱を含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 軟化した出発原料内のガス含有物の数が、加熱の温度プロファイルを介して調整可能である、請求項6または7に記載の方法。
- 出発原料のうち金型に接触している縁部層が、出発原料の他の領域より少ないガス含有物を含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 縁部層が、0.1~2.0mmの厚さを有する、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 出発原料の処理温度が、その溶融温度を上回る、請求項1~10のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 金型内の温度が、金型の少なくとも2つの領域内で異なる、請求項1~11のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 圧力変化が、圧力の低下を含む、請求項1~12のいずれかに記載の方法。

- 金型内の圧力変化の絶対値が、金型の少なくとも2つの領域内で異なる、請求項1~17のいずれかに記載の方法。
