Claims (43)
- 発泡体構成要素を作製する方法であって、
a.粒子状出発原料を金型内に提供するステップと、
b.出発原料を軟化させるステップと、
c.発泡剤を使用することなく、金型内で圧力変化を誘発し、軟化した出発原料の少なくとも一部分で発泡を引き起こすステップと、
d.発泡した出発原料を凝固させるステップとを含む、方法。 - 出発原料が、0.01〜3mm、好ましくは0.02〜1.5mm、特に好ましくは0.05〜0.7mmのサイズの粒子を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 出発原料が、熱可塑性および/または架橋性の高分子材料を含む、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 軟化した出発原料が、101〜105Pa・s、好ましくは102〜104Pa・sの範囲内の粘度を含む、請求項1〜3の1つに記載の方法。
- 軟化させるステップが、軟化した出発原料内に少なくとも1つのガス、特に空気または窒素の含有物を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 発泡が、軟化した出発原料内に閉じ込められた少なくとも1つのガスの膨張によって引き起こされる、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 軟化させるステップが、出発原料の加熱を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 出発原料の加熱が、出発原料に直接熱を入れることまたは金型を介して熱を入れることによる加熱を含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 軟化した出発原料内の複数のガス含有物が、加熱の温度プロファイルを介して調整可能である、請求項7または8に記載の方法。
- 出発原料のうち金型に接触している縁部層が、出発原料の他の領域より少ないガス含有物を含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 縁部層が、0.1〜2.0mm、好ましくは0.3〜1.7mm、特に好ましくは0.5〜1.5mmの厚さを有する、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 出発原料の処理温度が、その溶融温度を上回る、請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 金型内の温度が、金型の少なくとも2つの領域内で異なる、請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 圧力変化が、圧力の低下を含む、請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 圧力変化が、0.05〜5.0バール、好ましくは0.1〜2.0バール、特に好ましくは0.2〜1.0バールである、請求項1〜14のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 軟化前の金型内の初期圧力が、大気圧または超過圧力に対応する、請求項1〜15のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 超過圧力が、圧縮空気または窒素を含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 圧力変化の誘発が、出発原料の少なくとも一部分の溶融温度に到達したとき、または溶融温度を上回ったときに、圧力変化を誘発することを含む、請求項12〜17のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 金型内の圧力変化の絶対値が、金型の少なくとも2つの領域内で異なる、請求項1〜18のいずれかに記載の方法。
- これらの領域のそれぞれにおける発泡が、金型内の少なくとも2つの領域の温度および/または圧力差によって個々に調整可能である、請求項13〜19のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 発泡が、金型の少なくとも1つの領域では誘発されない、請求項1〜20のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 凝固が、圧力変化を誘発した後の凝固を含む、請求項1〜21のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 凝固が、発泡した出発原料の冷却を含む、請求項1〜22のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 発泡体構成要素の密度が、圧力変化の量によって少なくとも部分的に調整可能である、請求項1〜23の1つに記載の方法。
- 発泡体構成要素の構造が、粒子の材料、粒子の形状、粒子サイズ、および粒子サイズの分布という出発原料の特性のうちの少なくとも1つによって、少なくとも部分的に影響を与えられる、請求項1〜24のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 金型に第2の原料を導入することをさらに含む、請求項1〜25のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 第2の原料が、充填剤または補強要素を含む、請求項26に記載の方法。
- 第2の原料では発泡が生じない、請求項26または27に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜28のいずれかに記載の方法によって作製された発泡体構成要素。
- 発泡体構成要素が、中空体を構成する、請求項29に記載の発泡体構成要素。
- 発泡体構成要素が、発泡していない縁部層を含む、請求項29または30に記載の発泡体構成要素。
- 縁部層が、0.1〜2.0mm、好ましくは0.3〜1.7mm、特に好ましくは0.5〜1.5mmの厚さを有する、請求項31に記載の発泡体構成要素。
- 発泡体構成要素が、発泡剤を含まない、請求項29〜32のいずれかに記載の発泡体構成要素。
- 発泡体構成要素が、連続気泡、混合気泡、または独立気泡のガス含有物を含む、請求項29〜33のいずれかに記載の発泡体構成要素。
- 発泡体構成要素が、一体的な発泡構造を構成する、請求項29〜34のいずれかに記載の発泡体構成要素。
- 発泡体構成要素が、絶縁材料として形成される、請求項29〜35のいずれかに記載の発泡体構成要素。
- 発泡体構成要素が、制振材料、特にスポーツ用品向けの制振材料を含む、請求項29〜35のいずれかに記載の発泡体構成要素。
- 発泡体構成要素が、スポーツ用品、特にボールまたはプロテクタの一部を構成する、請求項29〜35のいずれかに記載の発泡体構成要素。
- 請求項1〜28のいずれかに記載の方法を実行するように適合された金型であって、制御デバイス、特に金型内の圧力を低減させるための制御デバイスを備える金型。
- 金型が、最高50バール、好ましくは25バール、特に好ましくは10バール、最も好ましくは大気圧の最大圧力に適合される、請求項39に記載の金型。
- 金型が、最高0.8バール、好ましくは0.5バール、より好ましくは0.2バール、特に好ましくは0.1バールの最小圧力に適合される、請求項39または40に記載の金型。
- 圧力および/または温度が、金型内の少なくとも2つの領域で個々に調整可能である、請求項39〜41のいずれかに記載の金型。
- 金型が、可動になるように適合される、請求項39〜42のいずれかに記載の金型。
