Description
図1における1Aから1Dは、回転形成における主な工程を示すものである。ここで例として挙げた部品4は、テーパ部を二ヶ箇有したキャビティを有するものである。この部品は、2つのシェル2及びシェル3から構成される鋳型1内で形成される。シェル2及び3は、部品4の最大外周部に対応する接合面において組み立てられている。2つのうち1つのシェル2は、軸6の周りで回転可能な曲折アーム5の末端に設けられている。さらに、曲折アーム5に設けられるシェル2を支持する支持部7は、第一の軸6に対して垂直な第二の軸8の周りに回転可能となっている。

Claims (6)
- コンパクトポリマーから成る少なくとも一つの第1層(13)と、
発泡性ポリマーからなり、前記第1層(13)の一面によって囲まれる第2層(14)とを有して成る部品を回転成形するために、
前記第1層を成形するための第一分量の材料を鋳型(1)に入れ、前記第1層を形成するために前記鋳型を回転させるとともに前記第一分量の材料を溶融するために加熱し、次いで前記第2層を形成するために第二分量の材料を前記鋳型内に配置し、かつ該鋳型を再び回転させる方法において、
前記加熱は、前記第二分量の材料がその発泡温度に達する前に中断するが、前記第二分量の材料が発泡温度に達してその温度で留まるか発泡温度を上回るまで前記鋳型の回転を継続させることによって前記第2層を形成することを特徴とする熱可塑性発泡体の層を有する部品の回転成形方法。 - 前記鋳型が、前記第二分量の材料の溶融温度と発泡温度との間における設定温度に達したならばすぐに、前記鋳型の加熱を中断することを特徴とする請求項1記載の熱可塑性発泡体の層を有する部品の回転成形方法。
- 前記第2層の形成後、第3層(15)の形成のためコンパクトポリマーから成る第三分量の材料を前記鋳型に位置させ、鋳型を再び回転及び加熱させることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の熱可塑性発泡体の層を有する部品の回転形成方法。
- 前記第三分量の材料の着装前の前記鋳型の加熱を、第三分量の材料がその溶融温度に達する前に中断することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性発泡体の層を有する部品の回転形成方法。
- 凹所を有する部品を形成するための前記鋳型(1)が、凹所を形成するための形状部を有しないことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性発泡体の層を有する部品の回転形成方法。
- 発泡層を被覆する複数の層の厚み又は化学的性質がそれぞれ異なる部品に適用されることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性発泡体の層を有する部品の回転形成方法。
