Abstract

本发明公开了一种聚乙烯泡沫塑料及其制备方法。该材料由包含以下重量份的组分制成:低密度聚乙烯80-90份、单硬脂酸甘油酯5-15份、相容剂5-10份、发泡剂5-8份、过氧化苯二甲酰3-5份、炭黑2-5份、成核剂2-3份和尿素3-5份。将上述原料经过塑炼、压膜、发泡成型,得制品。本发明的制得的材料不仅具有力学性能良好,泡孔均匀细密,且加工工艺条件易控,不会出现烧糊、烧焦现象。

一种聚乙烯泡沫塑料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于高分子材料领域,特别涉及一种聚乙烯泡沫塑料及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚乙烯泡沫塑料是以聚乙烯树脂为主体,具有密度小、缓冲性好、化学性能稳定、机械性能好,并且加工性能好等特点。
聚乙烯泡沫塑料由于具有良好的绝热性和保温性,优良的缓冲性能,重量轻且具有柔软性、可回收等优点,目前被广泛用于精密仪器仪表、家用电器、玻璃和陶瓷制品、工艺品、贵重物品等的缓冲包装;可制成缓冲衬垫,作为包装内衬材料;也可制成缓冲袋、缓冲板箱等包装容器;还可制成冷冻食品和热食品的绝热容器等。
但是现有的发泡材料存在发泡倍率较低、稳定性较差等问题,直接影响到塑料制品的性能,造成制品强度低,质量不稳定,总体技术质量水平低。
发明内容
针对上述的需求,本发明的目的是提供了一种聚乙烯泡沫塑料及其制备方法,采用本方法制得的材料力学性能良好,泡孔均匀细密,且加工工艺条件易控,不会出现烧糊、烧焦现象。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种聚乙烯泡沫塑料,由包含以下重量份的组分制成:
所述相容剂为乙烯/丙烯酸乙酯共聚物。
所述发泡剂选自偶氮二甲酰胺、三氯氟甲烷或异戊烷中的任一种。
所述成核剂为硫酸钙。
一种聚乙烯泡沫塑料的制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将低密度聚乙烯80-90重量份、单硬脂酸甘油酯5-15重量份、相容剂5-10重量份、炭黑2-5重量份、成核剂2-3重量份和尿素3-5重量份,在低速混合机中充分混合,再于塑炼机中混炼10min,温度控制在130-140℃,加入发泡剂5-8重量份,降温至100℃,加入过氧化苯二甲酰3-5重量份,在80-100℃混炼5-10min;
(2)把上述塑炼的料装入模具,温度170-175℃,压力1Mpa,经10-12min,冷却取出毛坯;
(3)再把毛坯装入发泡成型模具内,于90℃,加热10min,使其膨胀发泡成型,得到制品。
有益效果:
本发明在制备聚乙烯泡沫塑料中,采用加入了炭黑、单硬脂酸甘油酯和过氧化苯二甲酰,不仅增加了泡沫塑料本身的力学强度,而且使得各个组分均匀分散,提高了产品发泡的均匀性。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
(1)将低密度聚乙烯80kg、单硬脂酸甘油酯5kg、乙烯/丙烯酸乙酯共聚物5kg、炭黑2kg、硫酸钙2kg和尿素3kg,在低速混合机中充分混合,再于塑炼机中混炼10min,温度控制在130℃,加入偶氮二甲酰胺5kg,降温至100℃,加入过氧化苯二甲酰5kg,在80℃混炼5min;
(2)把上述塑炼的料装入模具,温度170℃,压力1Mpa,经10min,冷却取出毛坯;
(3)再把毛坯装入发泡成型模具内,于90℃,加热10min,使其膨胀发泡成型,得到制品。
制得材料的性能测试结果如表1所示。
实施例2
(1)将低密度聚乙烯90kg、单硬脂酸甘油酯15kg、乙烯/丙烯酸乙酯共聚物10kg、炭黑5kg、硫酸钙3kg和尿素5kg,在低速混合机中充分混合,再于塑炼机中混炼10min,温度控制在140℃,加入三氯氟甲烷8kg,降温至100℃,加入过氧化苯二甲酰3kg,在100℃混炼10min;
(2)把上述塑炼的料装入模具,温度175℃,压力1Mpa,经12min,冷却取出毛坯;
(3)再把毛坯装入发泡成型模具内,于90℃,加热10min,使其膨胀发泡成型,得到制品。
制得材料的性能测试结果如表1所示。
实施例3
(1)将低密度聚乙烯80kg、单硬脂酸甘油酯10kg、乙烯/丙烯酸乙酯共聚物8kg、炭黑3kg、硫酸钙2kg和尿素3kg,在低速混合机中充分混合,再于塑炼机中混炼10min,温度控制在130℃,加入异戊烷7kg,降温至100℃,加入过氧化苯二甲酰3kg,在90℃混炼5min;
(2)把上述塑炼的料装入模具,温度175℃,压力1Mpa,经12min,冷却取出毛坯;
(3)再把毛坯装入发泡成型模具内,于90℃,加热10min,使其膨胀发泡成型,得到制品。
制得材料的性能测试结果如表1所示。

3.根据权利要求1所述的聚乙烯泡沫塑料,其特征在于,所述发泡剂选自偶氮二甲酰胺、三氯氟甲烷或异戊烷中的任一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的聚乙烯泡沫塑料,其特征在于,所述成核剂为硫酸钙。
5.一种聚乙烯泡沫塑料的制备方法,其特征在于,该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将低密度聚乙烯80-90重量份、单硬脂酸甘油酯5-15重量份、相容剂5-10重量份、炭黑2-5重量份、成核剂2-3重量份和尿素3-5重量份,在低速混合机中充分混合,再于塑炼机中混炼10min,温度控制在130-140℃,加入发泡剂5-8重量份,降温至100℃,加入过氧化苯二甲酰3-5重量份,在80-100℃混炼5-10min;
(2)把上述塑炼的料装入模具,温度170-175℃,压力1Mpa,经10-12min,冷却取出毛坯;
(3)再把毛坯装入发泡成型模具内,于90℃,加热10min,使其膨胀发泡成型,得到制品。
