Claims (29)
1. Способ, выполняемый во вспомогательном устройстве, относящийся к передаче информации о состоянии протечки приспособления для стомы, содержащего базовую пластину, выполненную с возможностью размещения на поверхности кожи пользователя, при этом базовая пластина содержит множество электродов, причем вспомогательное устройство содержит средство взаимодействия, выполненное с возможностью осуществления связи с отслеживающим устройством системы для стомы, содержащей приспособление для стомы, при этом способ включает:
- получение данных отслеживания от отслеживающего устройства, при этом данные отслеживания содержат данные о стоме, полученные от множества электродов базовой пластины посредством отслеживающего устройства, при этом данные отслеживания указывают на наличие текучей среды на проксимальной стороне первого клеевого слоя базовой пластины по направлению к поверхности кожи;
- определение состояния протечки, указывающего динамическое внутреннее состояние базовой пластины, на основе данных отслеживания, и
- передачу информации о состоянии протечки базовой пластины с помощью средства взаимодействия.
2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что способ включает: определение того, удовлетворяет ли состояние протечки критерию протечки, указывающему на риск протечки, и выполнение этапа передачи информации о состоянии протечки, если состояние протечки удовлетворяет критерию протечки.
3. Способ по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что приспособление для стомы содержит стомный мешок и базовую пластину, содержащую первый клеевой слой, который имеет первую проксимальную сторону, и при этом получение данных отслеживания включает получение данных отслеживания из базовой пластины, причем данные отслеживания указывают на наличие текучей среды на проксимальной стороне первого клеевого слоя базовой пластины.
4. Способ по п. 3, отличающийся тем, что базовая пластина содержит множество электродов, выполненных с возможностью обнаружения наличия текучей среды на проксимальной стороне в первичной чувствительной зоне и вторичной чувствительной зоне, причем множество электродов включает первый электрод протечки, второй электрод протечки и третий электрод протечки, и при этом получение данных отслеживания включает получение данных, представляющих обнаружение текучей среды на проксимальной стороне в первичной чувствительной зоне и вторичной чувствительной зоне.
5. Способ по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что данные отслеживания содержат данные о стоме и/или данные параметров.
6. Способ по п. 5, отличающийся тем, что данные о стоме и/или данные параметров указывают сопротивление между любыми двумя из множества электродов, емкость и/или индуктивность между любыми двумя из множества электродов и/или любое их изменение.
7. Способ по любому из пп. 5, 6, отличающийся тем, что получение данных отслеживания включает получение локализованных данных отслеживания в отношении местоположения и/или зоны на проксимальной стороне первого клеевого слоя базовой пластины и/или информационных данных о времени, и при этом определение состояния протечки включает определение местоположения протечки и/или информации о времени протечки.
8. Способ по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что определение состояния протечки приспособления для стомы на основе данных отслеживания включает определение одного или нескольких типов картины распределения влаги на основе данных отслеживания.
9. Способ по п. 8, отличающийся тем, что определение одного или нескольких типов картины распределения влаги на основе данных отслеживания включает выявление типа картины распределения влаги на основе данных параметров.
10. Способ по любому из предыдущих пунктов в зависимости от п. 2 и любого из пп. 8, 9, отличающийся тем, что критерий протечки удовлетворяется, если выявляют протечку выделений на проксимальной стороне на основе одного или нескольких типов картины распределения влаги.
11. Способ по любому из пп. 8-10, отличающийся тем, что определение состояния протечки приспособления для стомы на основе данных отслеживания включает получение состояния протечки на основе одного или нескольких типов картины распределения влаги.
12. Способ по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что средство взаимодействия содержит звуковое средство взаимодействия, визуальное средство взаимодействия и/или модуль приемопередатчика.
13. Способ по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что передача информации о состоянии протечки приспособления для стомы включает отображение на визуальном средстве взаимодействия вспомогательного устройства интерфейса пользователя, содержащего объект интерфейса пользователя, представляющий состояние протечки.
14. Способ по любому из предыдущих пунктов в зависимости от п. 13, отличающийся тем, что объект интерфейса пользователя, представляющий состояние протечки, содержит один или несколько из первого объекта интерфейса пользователя и второго объекта интерфейса пользователя, причем первый и/или второй объекты интерфейса пользователя указывают на одно или несколько из: первого состояния протечки и второго состояния протечки.
15. Способ по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что передача информации о состоянии протечки приспособления для стомы включает уведомление пользователя с помощью средства взаимодействия.
16. Способ по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что система для стомы содержит серверное устройство, при этом передача информации о состоянии протечки приспособления для стомы включает передачу информации о состоянии протечки приспособления для стомы на серверное устройство.
17. Вспомогательное устройство, при этом вспомогательное устройство выполнено с возможностью образования части системы для стомы, содержащей приспособление для стомы, содержащее базовую пластину, выполненную с возможностью размещения на поверхности кожи пользователя, при этом базовая пластина содержит множество электродов, при этом вспомогательное устройство содержит:
запоминающее устройство;
процессор, соединенный с запоминающим устройством; и
средство взаимодействия, соединенное с процессором, выполненное с возможностью осуществления связи с отслеживающим устройством системы для стомы;
причем средство взаимодействия выполнено с возможностью получения данных отслеживания от отслеживающего устройства, при этом данные отслеживания содержат данные о стоме, полученные от множества электродов базовой пластины посредством отслеживающего устройства, при этом данные отслеживания указывают на наличие текучей среды на проксимальной стороне первого клеевого слоя базовой пластины по направлению к поверхности кожи;
причем процессор выполнен с возможностью определения состояния протечки, указывающего динамическое внутреннее состояние базовой пластины, на основе данных отслеживания;
причем запоминающее устройство выполнено с возможностью хранения данных отслеживания и/или состояния протечки;
и при этом средство взаимодействия выполнено с возможностью передачи информации пользователю о состоянии протечки базовой пластины.
18. Система приспособления для стомы, содержащая приспособление для стомы, вспомогательное устройство и отслеживающее устройство, при этом приспособление для стомы содержит базовую пластину, причем вспомогательное устройство выполнено с возможностью осуществления любого из способов по любому из пп. 1-16.
19. Машиночитаемый носитель данных, на котором хранится одна или несколько программ, при этом одна или несколько программ содержат команды, которые при выполнении вспомогательным устройством со средством взаимодействия, запоминающим устройством и процессором обеспечивают выполнение вспомогательным устройством любого из способов по пп. 1-16.
