Claims (12)
1. Стерилизуемая медицинская упаковка с дышащими порами, содержащая:
- по меньшей мере 50 процентов по весу изотактического гомополимера полипропилена;
- 100-2500 ч/млн нуклеирующего вещества; и
- 0,1-2 процента по весу гидрофильного наполнителя;
причем указанные выше компоненты смешаны и пластифицированы при температуре в диапазоне 180-250°C и охлаждены при скорости охлаждения в диапазоне 1-10°C в секунду с формированием стерилизуемой пленочной подложки медицинской упаковки.
2. Стерилизуемая медицинская упаковка с дышащими порами по п. 1, в которой нуклеирующее вещество выбрано из группы производных сорбитола или производных 1,3,5-триамидобензола или их комбинаций.
3. Стерилизуемая медицинская упаковка с дышащими порами по п. 1, в которой гидрофильный наполнитель выбран из двуокиси кремния или полиэтиленоксида или их комбинаций.
4. Стерилизуемая медицинская упаковка с дышащими порами по п. 1, которая представляет собой неволокнистую, с закрытыми недышащими порами полимерную пленку.
5. Стерилизуемая медицинская упаковка с дышащими порами по п. 1, в которой отношение прочности на разрыв подложки пленки в поперечном направлении относительно направления обработки больше 0,7.
6. Стерилизуемая медицинская упаковка с дышащими порами по п. 1 или 5, в которой отношение удлинения пленочной подложки упаковки в направлении обработки относительно поперечного направления больше 1, и удлинение в направлении обработки больше 200%.
7. Стерилизуемая медицинская упаковка с дышащими порами по любому из пп. 1-6, в которой средний размер пор меньше 1 микрона.
8. Стерилизуемая медицинская упаковка с дышащими порами по любому из пп. 1-7, в которой скорость переноса водяного пара упаковки при модифицированном отрицательном давлении, -45 кПа, составляет по меньшей мере 10г/м2/сутки.
