Claims (24)
1. Термопластичный полиуретан, получаемый или полученный посредством взаимодействия по меньшей мере следующих компонентов (i)-(iii):
(i) по меньшей мере одного полиизоцианатного состава,
(ii) по меньшей мере одного агента удлинения цепей и
(iii) по меньшей мере одного полиольного состава,
причем полиольный состав включает по меньшей мере один полиол (Р1) с молекулярной массой Mw в диапазоне от 1500 до 2500 г/моль, который содержит по меньшей мере один блок ароматического сложного полиэфира (В1).
2. Термопластичный полиуретан по п. 1, причем полиол (Р1) содержит от 10 до 50% масс, блоков ароматического сложного полиэфира (В1) в пересчете на общий сложный полиэфирполиол (Р1).
3. Термопластичный полиуретан по п. 1, причем блок ароматического сложного полиэфира (В1) является сложным полиэфиром из ароматической дикар-боновой кислоты и алифатического диола.
4. Термопластичный полиуретан по п. 1, причем блок ароматического сложного полиэфира (В1) является полиэтилентерефталатным или полибутилен-терефталатным блоком.
5. Термопластичный полиуретан по п. 1, причем блок ароматического сложного полиэфира (В1) является полиэтилентерефталатным блоком.
6. Термопластичный полиуретан по п. 1, причем полиол (Р1) обладает молекулярной массой Mw в диапазоне от 1700 до 2300 г/моль.
7. Термопластичный полиуретан по п. 1, причем используемый в качестве компонента (и) агент удлинения цепей является диолом с молекулярной массой Mw менее 220 г/моль.
8. Термопластичный полиуретан по п. 1, причем молярное отношение используемого в качестве компонента (ii) агента удлинения цепей и содержащегося в полиольном составе полиола (Р1) находится в диапазоне от 40:1 до 1:10.
9. Термопластичный полиуретан по п. 1, причем полиольный состав содержит другой полиол, выбранный из группы, состоящей из простых полиэфирпо-лиолов, сложных полиэфирполиолов, поликарбонатоспиртов и гибридных полиолов.
10. Термопластичный полиуретан по одному из пп. 1-9, причем полиизоцианат является алифатическим или ароматическим диизоцианатом.
11. Способ получения формованного изделия, который включает следующие стадии:
(а) получение термопластичного полиуретана, предусматривающее взаимодействие:
(i) по меньшей мере одного полиизоцианатного состава,
(ii) по меньшей мере одного агента удлинения цепей и
(iii) по меньшей мере одного полиольного состава,
причем полиольный состав включает по меньшей мере один полиол (Р1) с молекулярной массой Mw в диапазоне от 1500 до 2500 г/моль, который содержит по меньшей мере один блок ароматического сложного полиэфира (В1),
(b) получение формованного изделия из термопластичного полиуретана.
12. Способ по п. 11, причем формованное изделие на стадии (b) получают посредством экструзии, литья под давлением, спекания или из раствора.
13. Формованное изделие, получаемое или полученное способом по п. 11 или 12.
14. Формованное изделие по п. 13, которое является пленкой или литым изделием.
