Claims (25)

1. Способ производства пористых продуктов, образованных, по существу, из субоксида(ов) титана общей формулы TiOx, в которой величина х составляет от 1,6 до 1,9, при этом, указанный способ включает следующие стадии:
а) смешивание исходных материалов, включающих, по меньшей мере, источник диоксида титана, восстановитель, содержащий углерод, и, необязательно, один или несколько органических продуктов, предпочтительно, в смеси с растворителем, таким как вода,
b) формование продукта,
с) необязательно, а именно, когда на стадии а) используются органические продукты, термическая обработка в воздушной или окислительной атмосфере при температуре, которой достаточно для устранения большой части органического(их) продукта(ов) и которая меньше температуры испарения восстановителя,
d) обжиг, например, при температуре более 1150°С, но не более 1430°С, в нейтральной или восстановительной атмосфере,
в котором источник диоксида титана состоит, по меньшей мере, на 55% из анатаза.
2. Способ производства по п. 1, в котором количество восстановителя регулируют таким образом, что конечный пористый продукт отвечает общей формуле TiOx, в которой величина х составляет от 1,6 до 1,9, предпочтительно, от 1,75 до 1,85.
3. Способ по одному из предшествующих пунктов, в котором исходная смесь содержит более 90% вес. анатаза, предпочтительно, содержит только анатаз в качестве источника диоксида титана.
4. Способ по одному из предшествующих пунктов, в котором восстановитель, содержащий углерод, выбран из углеродной сажи, кокса или любого другого органического соединения, содержащего, по меньшей мере, 50% вес. углерода, даже, по меньшей мере, 70% или даже 80% вес. углерода.
5. Способ по одному из предшествующих пунктов, в котором восстановителем является углеродная сажа.
6. Способ по одному из предшествующих пунктов, в котором исходная смесь содержит от 1,5 до 5,0% вес. углерода относительно общего веса диоксида титана.
7. Способ по одному из предшествующих пунктов, в котором стадию d) проводят в нейтральной атмосфере.
8. Способ по одному из предшествующих пунктов, в котором стадию d) проводят в восстановительной атмосфере.
9. Способ по одному из предшествующих пунктов, в котором смесь исходных материалов содержит, по весу, по меньшей мере, 90% диоксида титана в форме анатаза и, по меньшей мере, 3% углеродной сажи, и в котором обжиг проводят при температуре в диапазоне от 1300 до 1450°С, предпочтительно, в нейтральной атмосфере.
10. Способ по одному из предшествующих пунктов, в котором пористый продукт образован, по существу, фазами Магнели, выбранными из Ti4O7 и/или Ti5O9.
11. Способ по одному из предшествующих пунктов, в котором исходная смесь материалов содержит иные, нежели диоксид титана, неорганические материалы в количестве менее 5,0% общей неорганической массы.
12. Способ по одному из предшествующих пунктов, в котором исходная смесь материалов содержит иной, нежели диоксид титана, неорганический материал, и этот неорганический материал выбран из группы, состоящей из оксида кремния (SiO2), оксидов Nb2O5 или Ta2O5, V2O5, ZrO2 или оксидов Ba, Sr, Mn, Cr, Fe, оксидов щелочных или щелочноземельных элементов.
13. Пористый продукт, отличающийся тем, что
материал, образующий указанный продукт, отвечает общей формуле TiOx, в которой величина х составляет от 1,6 до 1,9, предпочтительно, от 1,75 до 1,85,
распределение диаметров пор, по существу, одномодальное,
медианный диаметр d50 пор составляет от 0,5 до 5 мкм,
открытая пористость превышает 34%.
14. Пористый продукт по предшествующему пункту, содержащий, в общей сложности, более 90% вес. фаз Магнели, выбранных из Ti4O7, Ti5O9, Ti6O11 или смеси, по меньшей мере, двух из этих фаз.
15. Пористый продукт по одному из пп. 13 или 14, в котором медианный диаметр d50 пор составляет от 1 до 2,5 мкм.
16. Пористый продукт по одному из пп. 13-15, содержащий, кроме того, иной, нежели диоксид титана, неорганический материал в количестве менее 5,0% общей неорганической массы, и этот дополнительный неорганический материал выбран из группы, состоящей из оксида кремния (SiO2), оксидов Nb2O5, или Ta2O5, V2O5, ZrO2, или оксидов Ba, Sr, Mn, Cr, Fe, оксидов щелочных или щелочноземельных элементов.
