Claims (62)
1. Неорганическое волокно, содержащее продукт волокнообразования от около 65 до около 86 масс. % диоксида кремния, от около 14 до около 35 масс. % оксида магния и от более чем 0 до около 0,45 масс. % оксида лития.
2. Неорганическое волокно по п. 1, содержащее продукт волокнообразования любого из следующих вариантов:
(i) от около 65 до около 86 масс. % диоксида кремния, от около 14 до около 35 масс. % оксида магния и от более чем 0 до около 0,35 масс. % оксида лития;
(ii) от около 65 до около 86 масс. % диоксида кремния, от около 14 до около 35 масс. % оксида магния и от более чем 0 до около 0,3 масс. % оксида лития;
(iii) от около 65 до около 86 масс. % диоксида кремния, от около 14 до около 35 масс. % оксида магния и от более чем 0 до около 0,25 масс. % оксида лития;
(iv) от около 65 до около 86 масс. % диоксида кремния, от около 14 до около 35 масс. % оксида магния и от более чем 0 до около 0,2 масс. % оксида лития;
(v) от около 65 до около 86 масс. % диоксида кремния, от около 14 до около 35 масс. % оксида магния и от более чем 0 до около 0,175 масс. % оксида лития;

(iii) продукт волокнообразования содержит 1 масс. % или менее оксида кальция; и/или
(iv) волокно характеризуется средним диаметром от более чем около 3,5 до около 7,5 микронов.
13. Неорганическое волокно по любому из пп. 1-12, причем указанное волокно характеризуется усадкой 5% или менее при 1260°C.
14. Неорганическое волокно по любому из пп. 1-12, причем указанное волокно характеризуется усадкой 5% или менее при 1400°C.
