Claims (13)
1. Способ получения композиции катализатора, включающий
(a) получение носителя, содержащего (i) морденит в количестве в диапазоне от 20 до 80% мас. в пересчете на общую массу носителя, (ii) цеолит типа ZSM-5 в количестве в диапазоне от 10 до 70% мас. в пересчете на общую массу носителя; и (iii) неорганическое связующее в количестве в диапазоне от 10 до 50% мас. в пересчете на общую массу носителя;
(b) введение в носитель молибдена в количестве в диапазоне от 1 до 10% мас. в виде металла в пересчете на общую массу композиции катализатора и воздействие на обработанный таким образом носитель температуры от 100 до максимум 300°С ; и
(c) введение в молибденсодержащий носитель, полученный на стадии (b), платины в количестве от 0,005 до 1% мас. в виде металла в пересчете на общую массу композиции катализатора, и воздействие на обработанный таким образом носитель температуры от 200 до максимум 600°C.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что стадия (b) включает в себя воздействие на носитель, содержащий молибден, температуры от 100 до максимум 170°С.
3. Способ по п.2, отличающийся тем, что температура молибденсодержащего носителя на стадии (с) составляет самое большее 170°С до тех пор, пока платина не будет введена в молибденсодержащий носитель на стадии (с) и обработанный таким образом носитель затем будет подвергнут воздействию температуры от 200 до максимум 600°С.
4. Способ по пп.1-3, отличающийся тем, что морденит имеет молярное соотношение диоксида кремния к оксиду алюминия в диапазон от 10 до 40.
5. Способ по пп.1-4, отличающийся тем, что цеолит типа ZSM-5 имеет молярное соотношение диоксида кремния к оксиду алюминия в диапазоне от 15 до 40.
6. Способ по пп.1-5, отличающийся тем, что цеолит типа ZSM-5 имеет среднечисловой размер частиц в диапазоне от 20 до 500 нм, как определено дифракцией рентгеновских лучей.
7. Способ по пп.1-6, отличающийся тем, что морденит имеет среднечисловой размер частиц в диапазоне от 20 до 500 нм, как определено дифракцией рентгеновских лучей.
8. Способ по пп.1-7, отличающийся тем, что носитель получают путем смешивания морденита, цеолита типа ZSM-5 и неорганического связующего, формованием смеси и воздействием на формованную смесь температуры от 200 до 800°С.
9. Способ конверсии исходного сырья, содержащего алкилароматические углеводороды, с использованием катализатора, полученного способом по любому из пп.1-8.
10. Способ по п.9, отличающийся тем, что исходное сырье содержит от 35 до 75% мас. толуола и от 25 до 65% мас. алкилароматических соединений, содержащих по меньшей мере 9 атомов углерода, причем все количества указаны в пересчете на общее количестве исходного материала.
