Claims (11)

1. Способ повышения содержания экстрагируемого каучука в материале растения гуаюлы без чрезмерного повышения содержания экстрагируемой смолы, включающий:
использование некоторого количества измельченного материала растения гуаюлы со средней длиной от ½” до 4” и максимальным содержанием влаги 15 масс. % и обработку измельченного материала растения гуаюлы в молотковой мельнице с использованием калибра сита меньше ½” и больше чем или равного 3/16”, в результате чего получают некоторое количество перемолотого материала растения гуаюлы с максимальным содержанием влаги 15 масс. %, содержание экстрагируемого каучука в котором по меньшей мере на 30% выше, чем в измельченном материале растения гуаюлы перед перемолкой.
2. Способ по п. 1, в котором перемолотый материал растения гуаюлы имеет содержание экстрагируемого каучука, которое по меньшей мере на 40% выше, чем в измельченном материале растения гуаюлы перед перемолкой.
3. Способ по п. 1, в котором содержание экстрагируемой смолы в перемолотом материале растения гуаюлы не больше, чем в 3 раза выше содержания экстрагируемой смолы в измельченном материале растения гуаюлы перед перемолкой.
4. Способ по п. 1, в котором содержание экстрагируемой смолы в перемолотом материале растения гуаюлы не больше, чем в 2 раза выше содержания экстрагируемой смолы в измельченном материале растения гуаюлы перед перемолкой.
5. Способ по любому из пп. 1-4, в котором в молотковой мельнице используют калибр сита меньше ½” и больше чем или равный 5/16”.
6. Способ по любому из пп. 1-4, в котором в молотковой мельнице используют калибр сита от 3/16” до 5/16”.
7. Способ по любому из пп. 1-4, дополнительно включающий проведение процесса отбора измельченного материала растения гуаюлы с удалением растительного материала недостаточного размера менее 20 меш.
8. Способ по любому из пп. 1-4, в котором перемолотый материал растения гуаюлы подвергают экстракции органическим растворителем.
9. Способ по любому из пп. 1-4, в котором перемолотый материал растения гуаюлы подвергают водной экстракции.
10. Способ по любому из пп. 1-4, в котором перемолотый материал растения гуаюлы подвергают экстракции органическим растворителем, не подвергая его ни обработке в валковой мельнице, ни обработке в плющилке.
