Claims (25)
1. Способ получения полиуретановых формованных изделий, где
(a) органические полиизоцианаты смешивают с
(b) соединениями, имеющими по меньшей мере два атома водорода, реакционноспособных по отношению к изоцианатам, содержащими сложный полиэфирполиол,
(c) вспенивающим агентом,
(d) катализатором,
(e) пропиленкарбонатом и по меньшей мере одним соединением, выбранным из группы, состоящей из соединений общей формулы (I)
где R представляет собой углеводородный остаток, имеющий от 3 до 9 атомов углерода, который присоединен к кислороду через вторичный или третичный атом углерода,
и соединения формулы (II)
и
(f) при необходимости другими вспомогательными средствами и/или добавками с получением реакционной смеси, помещают в форму и дают возможность прореагировать с образованием полиуретанового формованного изделия.
2. Способ по п. 1, где R представляет собой линейный углеводородный радикал, имеющий 8 атомов углерода, который присоединен к кислороду через 3-ий атом углерода.
3. Способ по п. 1, где соединение е) используют в количестве от 1 до 30 мас.%, в пересчете на общую массу компонентов b) и е).
4. Способ по п. 1, где массовое соотношение пропиленкарбоната и общей массы соединения формулы (I) и соединения формулы (II) составляет от 1:0,5 до 1:5.
5. Способ по п. 1, где в качестве изоцианата а) используют метандифенилдиизоцианат (МДИ) или форполимеры МДИ.
6. Способ по п. 5, где МДИ или форполимеры МДИ, в пересчете на общую массу МДИ, включая МДИ, использованный для получения этих форполимеров, содержит(ат) более 80 мас.% 4,4'-МДИ.
7. Способ по п. 5, где МДИ или форполимеры МДИ, в пересчете на общую массу МДИ, включая МДИ, использованный для получения этих форполимеров, содержит(ат) от 0,5 до 10 мас.% МДИ, модифицированного карбодиимидными группами.
8. Способ по п. 5, где форполимер МДИ является получаемым посредством реакции МДИ со сложным полиэфирполиолом.
9. Способ по любому из пп. 1-8, где сложный полиэфир полиол содержит сложный полиэфирполиол (b1), который является получаемым посредством конденсации дикарбоновых кислот, имеющих от 4 до 10 атомов углерода, с дифункциональным и/или трифункциональным алифатическим спиртом.
10. Способ по п. 9, где компонент (b) в дополнение к компонентам (b1) содержит менее 10 мас.% дополнительных полиолов.
11. Полиуретановое формованное изделие, получаемое способом по одному из пп. 1-10.
12. Полиуретановое формованное изделие по п. 11, где полиуретановое формованное изделие представляет собой интегральный пенополиуретан, имеющий плотность от 150 до 950 г/л.
13. Полиуретановое формованное изделие по п. 11, где полиуретановое формованное изделие представляет собой подошву для обуви.
14. Применение полиуретанового формованного изделия по п. 11 в качестве подошвы для обуви.
