Claims (16)
1. Антитромбогенный металлический материал, включающий металлический материал, поверхность которого покрыта покровным материалом,
причем указанный покровный материал включает
производное фосфоновой кислоты или производное пирокатехина;
полимер, содержащий в качестве мономерного компонента соединение, выбранное из группы, состоящей из алкилениминов, виниламинов, аллиламинов, лизина, протамина, и хлорида диаллилдиметиламмония; и
анионное соединение, содержащее атом серы и имеющее антикоагулянтную активность;
причем указанный полимер ковалентно связан с указанным производным фосфоновой кислоты или указанным производным пирокатехина,
причем указанное производное фосфоновой кислоты или указанное производное пирокатехина связано с указанным металлическим материалом через их группу фосфоновой кислоты или группу пирокатехина,
причем отношение численности атомов азота к численности всех атомов по измерению рентгеновской фотоэлектронной спектроскопией (XPS) на поверхности составляет от 4,0 до 13,0 атомных процентов.
2. Антитромбогенный металлический материал по п.1, в котором отношение численности атомов серы к численности всех атомов по измерению рентгеновской фотоэлектронной спектроскопией (XPS) на поверхности составляет от 3,0 до 6,0 атомных процентов.
3. Антитромбогенный металлический материал по п. 1 или 2, в котором указанный полимер имеет четвертичную аммониевую группу.
4. Антитромбогенный металлический материал по п.3, в котором каждая углеродная цепь, связанная с атомом азота в четвертичной аммониевой группе, составлена алкильной группой, и число атомов углерода в каждой алкильной группе составляет от 1 до 12.
5. Антитромбогенный металлический материал по любому из пп. 1-4, в котором указанный покровный материал включает: анионный полимер, содержащий в качестве мономерного компонента соединение, выбранное из группы, состоящей из акриловой кислоты, метакриловой кислоты, α-глутаминовой кислоты, γ-глутаминовой кислоты, и аспарагиновой кислоты; или анионное соединение, выбранное из группы, состоящей из щавелевой кислоты, малоновой кислоты, янтарной кислоты, фумаровой кислоты, глутаровой кислоты, адипиновой кислоты, пимелиновой кислоты, субериновой кислоты, азелаиновой кислоты, себациновой кислоты, яблочной кислоты, винной кислоты и лимонной кислоты.
6. Антитромбогенный металлический материал по любому из пп. 1-5, в котором указанное анионное соединение, содержащее атом серы и имеющее антикоагулянтную активность, представляет собой гепарин или производное гепарина.
7. Антитромбогенный металлический материал по любому из пп. 1-6, в котором средневесовая молекулярная масса указанного полимера составляет от 600 до 2000000.
8. Антитромбогенный металлический материал по любому из пп. 1-7, в котором указанный металлический материал выбирается из группы, состоящей из железа, титана, алюминия, олова, золота, серебра, меди, платины, хрома, кобальта, никеля, цинка и вольфрама; их сплавов; и оксидов и гидроксидов этих металлов.
9. Имплантируемое медицинское устройство, выполненное из антитромбогенного металлического материала по любому из пп. 1-8.
