Abstract
a presente invenção aborda o problema de fornecer um material metálico antitrombótico que melhorou a segurança contra baixa toxicidade hemolítica e pode exibir altas propriedades antitrombóticas de modo sustentável. a presente invenção fornece um material metálico antitrombótico que compreende um material metálico cuja superfície é revestida com um material de revestimento, sendo que o material de revestimento compreende um derivado de ácido fosfônico ou um derivado de catecol; um polímero que contém, como um monômero constituinte, um composto selecionado dentre o grupo que consiste em alquilenoimina, vinilamina, alilamina, lisina, protamina e cloreto de dialildimetilamônio e um composto que contém átomo de enxofre que tem uma atividade anticoagulante aniônica, o polímero é ligado de modo covalente ao derivado de ácido fosfônico ou ao derivado de catecol, o derivado de ácido fosfônico ou o derivado de catecol é ligado ao material metálico através de um grupo ácido fosfônico ou um grupo catecol contido no derivado, e a razão da quantidade de átomos de nitrogênio para a quantidade total de todos os átomos é 4,0 a 13,0% em número atômico quando a superfície do material metálico antitrombótico é medida por uma espectroscopia de fotoelétrons excitados por raios x (xps).
