Claims (26)
1. Слоистый материал, содержащий:
пленку-основу, полученную из термопластичного полиуретана; и
адгезивный слой, полученный на первой поверхностной стороне пленки-основы, при этом
пленка-основа имеет поверхностный слой на стороне, противоположной первой поверхности, в поверхностном слое присутствует смесь термопластичного полиуретана и отверждаемой смоляной композиции,
относительное содержание отверждаемой смоляной композиции выполнено с возможностью постепенного снижения в направлении от поверхности поверхностного слоя к внутренней части пленки-основы,
отверждаемая смоляная композиция содержит по меньшей мере одно фторсодержащее соединение, выбранное из группы, состоящей из фторсилсесквиоксана и фторсилсесквиоксановых полимеров, и отверждаемую смолу, и
адгезивный слой имеет шероховатость поверхности 350-750 нм.
2. Слоистый материал по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что фторсодержащее соединение имеет структуру «клетки»,
отверждаемая смола содержит по меньшей мере соединение, содержащее (мет)акрилоильную группу, и
адгезивный слой образован с применением по меньшей мере смолы, выбранной из группы, состоящей из акриловой смолы, уретановой смолы, каучуковой смолы и кремнийорганической смолы.
3. Слоистый материал по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что
фторсилсесквиоксановый полимер представляет собой аддитивный полимер фторсилсесквиоксана, содержащего по меньшей мере одну аддитивно полимеризуемую функциональную группу, или аддитивный сополимер фторсилсесквиоксана, содержащего одну аддитивно полимеризуемую функциональную группу, с аддитивно полимеризуемым мономером.
4. Слоистый материал по пп. 1-3, содержащий отслаиваемую пленку, обеспеченную на поверхности адгезивного слоя, противоположной пленке-основе, где
поверхность отслаиваемой пленки, обращенная в сторону адгезивного слоя, имеет шероховатость поверхности 350-800 нм.
5. Слоистый материал по п. 4, отличающийся тем, что адгезивный слой сохраняет неровности, демонстрирующие шероховатость поверхности, в течение от 10 до 120 минут после отрыва отслаиваемой пленки.
6. Слоистый материал по п. 4 или 5, отличающийся тем, что поверхность отслаиваемой пленки, обращенная в сторону адгезивного слоя, покрыта по меньшей мере отслаивающим агентом, выбранным из фторсодержащих каучуков, кремнийорганических каучуков и длинноцепочечных карбаматов.
7. Изделие с защищенной поверхностью, содержащее:
слоистый материал по любому из пп. 1-3; и
изделие, в котором слоистый материал прикреплен к его поверхности посредством адгезивного слоя, при этом
неровности адгезивного слоя, демонстрирующие шероховатость поверхности, исчезли.
8. Способ получения слоистого материала, включающий:
стадию обеспечения пленки-основы, полученной из термопластичного полиуретана;
стадию получения адгезивного слоя на первой поверхностной стороне пленки-основы, где поверхность адгезивного слоя, противоположная пленке-основе, имеет шероховатость 350-750 нм;
стадию нанесения отверждаемой смоляной композиции на вторую поверхность пленки-основы, противоположную первой поверхности, для проникновения отверждаемой смоляной композиции в пленку-основу; и
стадию облучения отверждаемой смоляной композиции УФ лучами, при этом
отверждаемая смоляная композиция содержит по меньшей мере одно фторсодержащее соединение, выбранное из группы, состоящей из фторсилсесквиоксана и фторсилсесквиоксановых полимеров, и отверждаемую смолу.
