Claims (19)
1. Катализатор на основе неблагородных металлов для снижения выбросов выхлопных газов из двигателя, работающего на обедненной топливной смеси, содержащий:
материал неблагородного металла в количестве, эффективном для образования экзотермического эффекта в температурном диапазоне от 300°C до 650°C и окисления сажи, уловленной с помощью находящегося ниже по потоку фильтра твердых частиц, в котором катализатор на основе неблагородных металлов по существу свободен металлов платиновой группы.
2. Катализатор на основе неблагородных металлов по п. 1, в котором выбросы выхлопных газов содержат серу.
3. Катализатор на основе неблагородных металлов по п. 1, в котором материал неблагородного металла выбирают из V, W, Ti, Cu, Fe, Co, Ni, Cr, Mn, Nd, Ba, Ce, La, Pr, Mg, Са, Zn, Nb, Zr, Mo, Sn, Та, Се и Sr, а также их комбинации.
4. Катализатор на основе неблагородных металлов по п. 1, дополнительно содержащий молекулярное сито, выбранное из AEI, AFT, AFX, СНА, ЕАВ, ЕМТ, ERI, FAU, GME, JSR, KFI, LEV, LTL, LTN, MOZ, MSO, MWW, OFF, SAS, SAT, SAV, SBS, SBT, SFW, SSF, SZR, TSC, WEN, а также их комбинации.
5. Катализатор на основе неблагородных металлов по любому из пп. 1-4, в котором катализатор на основе неблагородных металлов диспергирован на подложку из тугоплавкого оксида металла и, в котором катализатор на основе неблагородных металлов имеет конфигурацию, выбранную из равномерной, зональной или многослойной конфигураций.
6. Система очистки потока выхлопных газов из двигателя, работающего на обедненной топливной смеси, содержащего углеводороды, оксид углерода и другие компоненты выхлопных газов, причем система включает в себя:
выпускной трубопровод, сообщающийся по текучей среде с двигателем, работающим на обедненной топливной смеси, через выпускной коллектор;
катализатор на основе неблагородных металлов по любому из пп. 1-5, нанесенный на подложку-носитель; и
фильтр твердых частиц и первый катализатор СКВ, расположенные ниже по потоку от катализатора на основе неблагородных металлов.
7. Система по п. 6, в которой второй катализатор СКВ нанесен на фильтр твердых частиц, расположенный ниже потоку от катализатора на основе неблагородных металлов.
8. Система по п. 6, дополнительно включающая в себя катализатор окисления на основе металла платиновой группы (МПГ), расположенный ниже по потоку от катализатора на основе неблагородных металлов и выше по потоку от фильтра твердых частиц, и, в которой катализатор на основе неблагородных металлов и катализатор окисления на основе металла платиновой группы (МПГ) расположены на одной подложке или, в которой катализатор на основе неблагородных металлов и катализатор окисления на основе металла платиновой группы (МПГ) расположены на отдельных подложках.
9. Система по п. 8, в которой катализатор на основе неблагородных металлов и металл платиновой группы нанесены слоями на подложку или, в которой катализатор на основе неблагородных металлов и металл платиновой группы разделены зонально в осевом направлении на подложке.
10. Система по п. 8, в которой катализатор окисления на основе металла платиновой группы (МПГ) содержит катализатор окисления аммиака и, в которой система дополнительно включает в себя инжектор восстановителя, расположенный ниже по потоку от двигателя и выше по потоку от катализатора на основе неблагородных металлов.
11. Система по п. 6, дополнительно включающая в себя инжектор восстановителя, расположенный ниже по потоку от фильтра твердых частиц.
12. Система по любому из пп. 6-11, в которой топливо впрыскивается выше по потоку от катализатора на основе неблагородных металлов и топливо содержит серу, менее 10 ч.н.м. серы или более 10 ч.н.м. серы.
13. Система по п. 6, в которой отсутствует катализатор окисления на основе металла платиновой группы выше по потоку от катализатора на основе неблагородных металлов или выше по потоку от катализатора СКВ.
14. Система по п. 6, дополнительно включающая в себя катализатор окисления аммиака, расположенный ниже по потоку от фильтра твердых частиц и первого катализатора СКВ.
15. Способ очистки потока выхлопных газов из дизельного двигателя, содержащего NOx и твердые частицы, причем способ включает в себя протекание потока выхлопных газов через катализатор по любому из пп. 1-5.
